I recently bought a new car through Sandy. I talked to him on the phone and ordered the exact car I wanted. When the car arrived, it only took about 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and make the sale. Then Sandy thoroughly explained to me the features on the new car and how to use them.Buying through Steven Todd Leasing & Sales is a much better experience than going to a traditional dealership where you spend hours upon hours making the sale.

Very dishonest dealer. I received a response a week later from adifferent dealer in another town an hour away from thislocation. With a different vehicle than what i askedabout. Sent a text message like they asked in their post& they didn't respond to that. Message was sent duringbusiness hours & it's been a week now.I still have the unanswered texts saved on my phone aswell as the email notification from CarGurus if there isany doubt to my rating.

Highly suggest if you go here to not work with sandy once so ever!!!! He has no patience, degrading, condescending, arrogant, know it all (which mind you he was opinionated and honesty didn’t even know half the things he should and only tells you answers based off his “favoritism” for certain models etc ) non-urgent (VERY slow paced) and unprofessional all around. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH ! In a field where you have to work with people on the daily (with all different personalities) you need to know how to do that and know how to be courteous and patient. It’s time for him to hang up his hat and or reevaluate the type of work he is in. His personality and how he treated me was disgusting and unacceptable with a relic attitude that needs to be fixed ! By all means go work with this company , they have great reviews but stay away from him and he’s awful customer service.!

My first time buying a car out of state and I lucked out finding Steven Todd Leasing. Mike said I wouldn’t find anything wrong with the car and he was right. The car is in great condition and he gave me a great price. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking.

Bought a 2006 ls430 from them 2 years ago. Car still runs and look great. I constantly check the website for the inventory. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Great guys to do business with.My experience started with an Inquiry on a fantastic, online car price that I discovered. I called, made an appointment and met with both Sandy and Mike. They worked with me on financing and took my old car in for trade in. I was pleasantly surprised when the numbers came through on financing. These guys under promised and over delivered. I got a great rate and payment that I could more than live with. I will certainly do business here again when I'm looking for another car. A+++
