Been to Gloss twice purely out of convenience (close and quick response) and I was really blown away by how perfectly Liya "got" what I wanted both times with just my vague requests. She's both skilled and practical when it comes to offering suggestions and solutions and a a good person

Its my first time here and Liya did a great job with my cut and color. I got a short bob with caramel balayage. I have super black hair and the color I chose initially didn't really suit me. Liya was so nice to change it to the color that actually suits my skin tone. So happy with the results and i will be coming back for a keratin treatment.

Liya does some GREAT work! She's very personable, clean, and was open to hearing what I wanted while also helping me see the reality of the messy mop that was my hair. She showed me how to best style my hair, what ways I could make sure it curls right and what tools I should use to get the desired effect. I went pretty short but I feel confident that I can rock this new 'do! Thank you, Liya :) Before and after photos included!

I got a cut, color and keratin all as a 1st time client and will totally keep coming back. Liya did a fantastic job coloring my whites and blending in multiple shades/highlights. I liked it better than the Highland Park salon I'd been going to.

I'm new to the area and needed a new stylist. Liya is fantastic. Nice, clean, up to date shop, very friendly service and right on time. Most all her reviews are from female clients, but don't be fooled guys Liya is great with men's hair too!

Moving cross country and the need to change stylists is quite unsettling. All it took was one appointment with Liya to see that her skill and artistic eye was what I was looking for. She has won my loyalty for a long relationship.

Liya is absolutely fantastic. She is stylish, highly skilled, efficient with time, and gave me the best (and I don't throw that superlative around!) cut and color I have had in MANY years, including from very expensive salons in NYC and downtown Chicago. I was so pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning again and again. I couldn't recommend Liya more!

Personalized service! My color looks natural and gorgeous ! Liya took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted and then tweaked it spdicually for me so I got a very soft,layered beautiful color. She is better than my salon back home in Los Angeles!
