“I will only rent from Enterprise, and my experience here reflects why. Upon landing I walked up to the rental station and was greeted immediately and given my choice of vehicle. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. When I returned my vehicle, I was again greeted immediately and given instructions to leave my trash in the car. I was emailed a receipt and sent on my way. There was no line at all, no trouble finding my reservation, no up-charging. Everything was supremely easy and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again in the future.”

“Honestly great experience! I just walked in without a reservation on a busy day, but an employee was able to put me in a rental within minutes and work with me on a price! The car was brand new, clean and shiny, top trim and really delightful! When during the time of my rental I looked my keys inside the vehicle I called enterprise and roadside assistance showed up 15 minutes later, unbelievable efficiency! And when I returned the vehicle early the price was adjusted accordingly - no fees or charges on top, return process took 2 minutes!”

“We rented a Ford Expedition Max from Alamo for four days when we visited Chicago for the yearly autoshow. Upon arrival at terminal 5, you take the lightrail to MMF, where major rental companies are located. At the Alamo counter, we were promptly assisted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The formalities were quickly sorted, and the car was ready in the garage with only 900miles on it!After some instructions, we received the toll device at the exit. We were pleased with the car, and upon return, the process was efficient without any unpleasant surprises. This being our first rental after recent negative experiences with Hertz (where we hold the Five Star Gold status) in Europe, we wholeheartedly recommend Alamo in the US! We happily switch to Alamo for future rentals :-)”

“I'll begin by stating that my review is based on a single visit. In all of my travels, I've never flown into ORD. Additionally, we arrived in the later evening hours. With that, we were impressed with the fact the facility didn't require the utilization of an outside shuttle and that the in-terminal people mover allowed for quick access. There were no lines at the counters, and service was efficient. We did a one-way rental with the return taking place at the far less desirable DTW. Keep up the great work, ORD team!”

“Very easy and quick check-in and check-out. Employees were very friendly during a busy holiday period. The car was clean, but obviously a previous renter had smoked in the car. The air freshener that hid the smell wore off after a couple of days.”
