BluePearl took great care of my dog! The vets and staff were kind and compassionate; and answered all of the questions I had. I'm so glad my little guy is ok now! The vets explained everything to me and I can tell the people that work there also love animals. It was definitely an expensive trip, but it ended up being on the lower end of the cost estimate. Thank you all!

I feel like the doctor did a good job with diagnostics, however I did not feel like he was looking at innovative treatment options like other cardiologists we have taken our cat Blue.
He seemed to the type of doctor who wants to do palliative care only for older animals and not look into longevity options. I don’t think he is a bad veterinarian, and I’m sure he handles CVD events well with animals, but I will probably take my cat to a doctor who values preventative medicine and longevity more in the future.

Blue Pearl exceeds my expectations of a vet practice. They are always joyful, kind, and attentive. They make stressful situations so much easier and I am extremely thankful for them. My dog also really likes them and she does not like the vet usually.

This BluePearl location in Northfield was amazing. Staff was highly professional. Although we had to wait a long time for my cat who was in an emergency situation, this is an Emergency hospital and quite busy. The hospital is spotless and very inviting. There was a coffee station, water bottles at our disposal, huge amount of snacks and we had our own private waiting room. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and very thorough. A very comforting and compassionate facility.

Blue Pearl provided exceptional care for my cat, Pancake. When the time came to say goodbye, their kindness and professionalism shone through as they thoughtfully explained all available options. Pancake first came to them about a year ago with an emergency condition that typically has a poor prognosis. Thanks to their dedicated care, he was able to return home and follow up with the cardiology team, showing remarkable improvement over time. However, we understood that this wouldn't be a long-term solution. In the last two months, his condition deteriorated, and I realized he was living on borrowed time. Every visit to the ER was handled with the utmost compassion and respect. Because of his frequent visits, his case notes were always accessible, and the staff was well-informed about his condition and history, which made a challenging situation a bit easier to navigate. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for being so kind and for taking care of my little bug right until the very end.

If I could give more stars I would. From check in to check out everyone was very nice and helpful as well as compassionate!! The charges were very reasonable, nearly half the cost of what I was quoted at another facility.
Doctor did a follow up call the next day checking in on my guy and asking if I had any questions.
Best yet, my guy was in such distress, and he is doing so much better thanks to everyone at BluePearl!!

Came in tonight because my American Akita wasn’t well. This was the best visit we’ve ever had. From the receptionist (Denise) to the two amazing Tech’s (Ismael and Liz) and then of course the AMAZING Doctor Jacob Rabin. Thank you so much

Great care and great staff. Just need to be aware that this is a busy emergency hospital so things can take time. I recommend them.

Nobody ever wants to go to the emergency vet but, if you have to go, this place has always been great. Ismael was super helpful in providing info to make the best decision for my pup.

I live in Antioch Illinois and you folks are a drive for me Seeing that I am disabled and don't drive well,but well worth the drive I would do it in a heartbeat any time again for my Kittie. You saved his life although it was pretty costly it was well worth it thank you all very much you are very professional very kind and you did exactly what you said you would do you saved my Kitty, thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart
