I've been a regular customer at Willow Cleaners for years, using both their dry-clean and their wash-and-fold service routinely. Anna is wonderful and is willing to handle my special requests -- now without my even having to ask, since by now she seems to know all my preferences. Anna has also done tailoring and special projects for me. I appreciate her sunny demeanor, the care and attention to my requests, and Willow Cleaners' reasonable prices.

The cleaning is done well and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, you might not get all your items back. They lost my son’s suit pants and when I went in to inquire about it, the woman was very dismissive and antagonizing. If the customer service and reliability was better, this would be an ok place.

We live in Northbrook and have been going here for our dry cleaning and alterations for years. We have always had a good experience. The woman who works there is very smart and does a great job.
