The service at the coffee bar was poor. When I kindly requested sugar for my coffee, the person showed me Stevia without saying a word. Politely, I said that I preferred sugar, but the person mentioned they didn't have any. It's surprising for a place like Whole Foods not to have sugar at the coffee station. Let’s hope for an improved experience next time!

Typical Whole Foods. Has a nice gift area and great selection of health and wellness items. Customer service is poor. No wonder there are longer lines at self check out.

Wholefoods is my favorite grocery store to shop (even though Amazon bought the company! ?) Their produce is always very fresh. I often buy my fish and seafood here, when I do not have time to go to my favorite fish monger.I have noticed that many name brand items have been replaced with the WF brand 365, which is okay in some cases.

I love everything about Trader Joe's, especially the reasonably priced pumpkins and other fall decor...❤️

My daughter got the Chantilly cake for a birthday celebration! When we cut into it, the cake was dry and there wasn't any cream in the middle! It used to be really moist and delicious! Maybe they changed the baker!

Terrible service, long lines, only two checkers, plan in spending an hour just to grab a couple things as you will wait in line at least 30 mins. Edited with pictures for when I opted for pick up instead of waiting in huge lines. I was sent completely rotten produce which leaked all over my other groceries, my car and made a huge mess. Other produce I was sent was half rotten. Don’t bother!

One of the larger Whole Foods in the area. Big selection of produce both organic and non-organic, seafood, meats, cheeses, etc. Small wine and alcohol section. They have a large salad and food bar, bakery items, and great pizza. Since COVID they removed the fresh, in-house roasted coffee beans which I really miss.

This is a nicely laid out and very well organized Whole Foods. As with most Whole Foods this location supports many local area vendors with their locally produced products.I had a great experience there yesterday 04/14/23 and sampled a locally made kombucha called Kombuchade.Great product!Kombuchade Wild Guava is my favorite.Be sure to try this brand out.

Whole Foods in Northbrook, Illinois is a fantastic grocery store that truly lives up to the high standards of the Whole Foods brand. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide selection of high-quality unique products. One of the things that really stands out about this store is the incredible customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help customers find what they need. Whether you have a question about a product or need help locating something, the staff at Whole Foods in Northbrook is always ready to assist.Another great feature of this store is the variety of options available. From fresh produce to specialty items, there is something for everyone here. The store also offers a fantastic selection of prepared foods, making it the perfect place to grab a quick and healthy meal on the go.Another added bonus is ample parking and you can use your Amazon in-store code for added Prime Savings!Overall, I highly recommend Whole Foods to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch grocery store with excellent customer service and a wide selection of unique items.

Lisa, the nice lady that brought up my groceries to the car was the Sunshine of my day. So personable and welcoming , she made my experience at Whole Foods outstanding. We need more people like Lisa in this world!

I really like this Whole Foods! They have a really nice staff and provide excellent customer service. The meat and fish counters are especially great. The butchers and fishmongers are very kind and really know their stuff. The produce section is very good too and well managed. Each Whole Foods is a bit unique, and you can find some products here that are harder to find at other locations. Overall a great store with a very nice and helpful staff!

Atrocious cashier service. I said hello and was stared at by the cashier.Cashier was rude to his (polite) colleague bagging, shoving items down the belt.At end of transaction, I was shoved a receipt. I said "thank you" and got a stare.I asked to speak to a manager, who started interrupting me as soon as I talked. I got an eye role and no apology until I noted she hadn't apologized. Was the bad service a surprise? No. The rude cashier is modeling the rude manager. No thanks. If I want awful service and bad management, I can go elsewhere and pay far less for my groceries.

This review is about Whole Foods store in Northbrook IL. I've been shopping in this store since it was first opened. Always satisfied with everything - variety, stocked shelves, good service, never long lines to the registers - enough registers were opened, etc. Even at the difficult times of Covid lock downs, they kept up a good work. Yesterday this store looked unrecognizable - many shelves are empty or in disarray (frozen foods, etc.), only 2 (!) registers opened and this is Friday, 4 PM (!); of course, both have long lines, the section with self service registers had a moderate length line, but the entire process of self-service is rather chaotic. Customer has to play the role of cashier, because not everything has barcode to be scanned, so customer needs to do search, manually, enter the product code form the tiny labels on fruits and vegetables, etc. The prices in Whole Foods stores are high enough; isn't it suppose to include some service as well, instead of being your own cashier? Having 5 or more registers and only 2 opened is unacceptable as well as empty shelves in the middle of the weekday. Very disappointed with this particular store. Will share the experience with others.

Whole Foods used to be awesome, but soon after Amazon took over it went as sour as the produce they now sell! As a mom shopping with small children getting through the grocery store can be dreadful. Before Amazon acquired this store the most fun janitor I have ever met used to keep the store super clean and whenever one of my children started getting upset about the grocery shopping task he would pop over with his pirate voice, puppets and stickers and turn my child’s frown upside down. Now every time I have to stop into whole foods the entire family wears this frown. Not only did they get rid of the janitor, but checking out now takes forever as there is know one helping bag the extremely over priced groceries anymore! I remember the day you’d drop several hundred $ at Whole Foods and it felt worth it. The foods sold were trustworthy, the service was exceptional even offering to put my groceries in my trunk for me {what a dream!} and overall it was my go to grocery store around the north shore. Now I loath the task of a visit to Weak Foods. I’m sure a ton of people feel this way.
