From the beginning, Ed (owner) was one of those no pressure, no rush type of dealer. Coming from Wisconsin, everything he mentioned about the Audi l bought, was 100 accurate. Even with the test driver, he handed me the keys, and told me to go do my drive and inspection myself. This is the first time EVER that I didn’t even find the need to open the hood, that’s how much trust I immediately gave him. Ed was very personable, patient, transparent, and his positive energy really made me happy and confident about my purchase. Not only that, but he went above and beyond, and I give no exaggeration. His practicality, humbleness, and empathicc will have me definitely buy my wife’s next car.

Ed is the man! We just purchased our third car from WOC and couldn't be happier. This purchase was to replace the second car we purchased from Ed five years earlier, which was still running strong until it was hit and totaled by an unsured motorist. A total headache dealing with police, insurance, etc., but not with Ed who had us up and running in a new (used) vehicle within days. We told him what we were looking for and he found it, complete with the CarFax report that showed the vehicle's history dating back to when the car left the factory.
When purchasing a used car, even more than a new car, you need someone like Ed to rely on. Go to Wheels of Chicagoland!

My experience buying a car with Ed was nothing short of amazing---I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I bought the car for my son and never thought buying a car would EVER be a pleasant experience, but it was! Ed went out of his way for us and was just fantastic, honest, kind, informative, generous (in many ways) and he didn't play any games (no pressure or hassles). He really wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase and did everything he could to make sure this happened. We still can't believe our incredible luck to find this impressive gem of a dealership. I will take Ed's integrity and honesty any day, and hope to be able to use him again in the future.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with Ed of WOC. Being in Texas, and not being there in person should have been difficult, but Ed made the purchase quick and worry free. From the first conversation about the vehicle, I could tell that Ed was not only honest and kind, but very knowledgeable in the details of the car and the process of buying from out of state. I seen a few cars on wheels of Chicagoland that I was interested in but failed to pursue them and they were sold. The car fax shows history and accidents, which not all dealers pay for. Everyone just wants a good clean car with lower mileage and in good mechanical condition. At W.O.C the owner Ed sells vehicles with class. My mechanic liked the car so I liked the car. I drove up north for a 3 hour drive and the car handled extremely well, I only wish I knew of Ed years ago as he would of saved me all the stress and pain of dealing with used car dealerships. Ed made me feel comfortable and my needs and questions were resolved and answered, without going to a manager. The professionalism and great customer service Ed showed me made me a returning customer, and I recommend Wheels of Chicagoland with Ed to family and friends.

First and foremost, Ed is in the business of honesty. There isn't anything he wouldn't share. If he didn't know the answers, he would teach it down with some time. I understand the uncertainty of buying a used car when it comes to reliability and value. Ed offers both.
