“We are newer to the area and have two cats and no vet. I called them and they got us in right away (Other vets I had called in the area before them said I had to wait a week to see my cat Elery) she could bor wait a week to be seen as she had fecal matter completely stuck to her rump, which can be really unhealthy and cause infection, it was bad and she was super uncomfortable and it came on all the sudden. Dr. Lawrence and her staff were amazing with us in Elery. The clinic is clean and the staff and the doctor extremely professional and caring. I was completely stressed and they made me so comfortable and of course Elery too. When all was said and done even the fee was reasonable especially for the ask and the last minute getting us in and being so wonderful. We Thank and appreciate all of you there and thank you for the welcome Card we received in the mail after visiting. You are wonderful! If you looking for a great place to bring your pet I highly recommend!!!”

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable”

I could go to a closer vet, I could find a cheaper vet but the well-being of my pets makes me continue to return.If you are like me and your pets are pretty much your children you can't go wrong by coming here.”

“I have been going to this vet for 10 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building, with its updates, is clean and has a modern look. I absolutely love Dr. Bannow. She has been wonderful with all of the issues both of my dogs have had, such as cancer and arthritis. Dr. Bannow is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She takes the time to explain everything. She is conservative and doesn't push extra stuff either. Additionally, Dr. Bannow is professional yet extremely personable. She really cares for you and your pet. I highly recommend her. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In fact, I drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Bannow.”

She handled Chewy gently, winning his trust and compliance, so we have a winner. Awesome bedside manner and reasonable with prices. A pleasure to work with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”
