IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO I WOULD!!! My husband and I opened a personal account and at first they were great. They told me I could be paying half of what I currently was for Comcast, and I could trial it free for 30 days. A few months later I went back to open my Verizon account. I then called Comcast to let them know I may be canceling in 30 days and if I had to give notice. Of course, this time they claim they can match the cost of my Verizon account but if I close my account I will have a fee. Comcast has actually been great except for the price being higher, but now it’s the same. I ran back to close my account and return the box. The woman in the store said she closed it. I even got an email but it had some random number. I re-confirmed it was closed and she double checked with another employee.
Now, 2 months later i am getting bills and late fees! When I call Verizon, they have a completely separate account name to my account and cannot find anything or help me. After hours of dealing with Verizon on the phone I went in, to figure things out. What did they do, they gave me another Verizon number to call! I believe for my time I should be reimbursed!!!! DO NOT USE THIS VERIZON STORE THRY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Great store, Sebastian was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient in putting on a screen protector for me, it looks amazing! Sam was also great to deal with as well, he's got customer service written all over him! I wish I had his patience haha thanks again!

I had an excellent visit to this location. Much better than other locations! There were plenty of associates helping customers, and I was greeted and helped right away. No waiting. Shout out to Aaron. He was super helpful. Outstanding!!

To whom it may concern After numerous phone calls , and twice with Tech support and visiting your store while I was on the phone with tech support . you leave me no other choice except to leave verizon . I tried real hard to straighten this mess out and to no avail , now i'm missing voicemails and text messages & dropped calls , this cost me money with my business . im a loyal customer but you leave me no choice except to say goodbye
