“We’ve purchased three cars in the last three years—our experience with Carneed was by far the best and we highly recommend them for their above-and-beyond responsiveness, quality, and professionalism. When we first found this Audi Q3 online, my husband was surprised and impressed when Eli personally responded right away to our emails—even at 9:30 at night. With us living three hours away from his dealership, Eli took the time to take us on a live video tour of the car and offered to take it to a mechanic of our choice for an inspection. (We opted not to do this as the Carfax report was great and Carneed had already done a thorough inspection.) When we decided to move ahead with the purchase, we contacted him after dinner on Thursday night. Eli, once again, thoroughly answered our remaining questions and had sales paperwork sent to us that very night via DocuSign. After sending him proof of wire transfer and insurance, Victor, Eli’s assistant, amazed us by saying they would get the car delivered to us that very day!
