I was under deadline for work to overnight ship an item, and due to work chaos, time was getting tight. Sunny helped me figure out a way to ship safely and economically. He is a true problem solver, and particularly today, when I think customer service is not as encouraged (nor appreciated/respected) it’s important to laud his stellar customer service, as well as your decision to employ him! I always appreciate the calm, professional, overall lovely attitude at this store, and with Sunny’s service in mind, I’ll continue to return.

This UPS store in Northbrook on Dundee Road will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. In particular Sunny I came in there to send a package and Amazon gave me the wrong shipping label well he went on the phone and contacted the person from Amazon and straighten my situation out for me something that I don't think I could have done by myself so thank you very much for going out of your way Sunny to helping somebody.

I went to FedEx to print something in color. They turned me down, not sure why. I called and came to this store and printed what I needed super fast and easy! Great and friendly service!!

The team at this location is the BEST!! Most of the Ups stores have kind employees but Griffin I. and Sunny P. are outstanding, very professional, communicative, and gentle. I needed help with a label and Griffin was very patient and efficient. It's a pleasure visiting this UPS store, with such a great team. Thank you!

Shipped a package internationally. A mistaken was made on the paperwork for shipping in regards to the worth of the package by one of the clerks. 120+ dollars later my 60 dollar package finally made it. Not only did I pay 40 more dollars in duties, but my customer, who received my product, paid 50 CAD as well. Spoke to someone at the location prior, Essentially given the option to pay the amount now, or ship it back. Correct the mistake, and pay for shipping again. So 80 dollars to ship something they messed up. I would rather have done that if I would have known we would both be paying duties. Last time I ever go to UPS for international shipping

I shipped an online clothing return through this UPS store, and the clothing store never refunded me, even though I knew the package was delivered. I called UPS and Griffin was incredibly helpful and patient with me as he provided the documentation I needed to prove my shipment occurred. 10/10 customer service, shoutout Griffin :D

I went to store yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!

I was told that they can't scan the code that Amazon provide from my phone. I need the hard copy on the bar code. The lady in UPS charged $1.20 plus tax to print the label. If you go Fedex or other UPS store, no one charged the print label. I am not going to this location any more.

this location "lost" my package. It was a very expensive package so i doubt they just "lost" it.
