Stopped by the store because of picking up a serviced item from ACE hardware next door in the afternoon. There was a porcelain jar sitting on a coffee table under very dark lighting. It looked attractive however without my glasses I couldn’t see the details. Thinking I could look more when I get back home so I bought the item. When I looked the jar with the glasses on, it’s chipped. The next morning, less than 24 hours later, I brought the jar in its original state back to the store. The clerks acknowledged the chipped jar yet refused to return because all sales are final. There was no sign anywhere in the store indicated all sales are final. Previously I bought a side table and returned the next day because of the fitting issue. None of these matter to sales people. I requested to meet the store manager and was told the manager is not available now nor to be scheduled. In northbrook, you could return the fish if it’s not fresh enough in Sunset. “Turn the Table”, you are running a hit-and-run business, your sales people act like hackers. I am not old enough to experience Shermerville, in the past 30 years of living in northbrook, “Turn the Table“ appears to me to be deceptive.

This is by far one of my two favorite stores. I find the most beautiful treasures that are reasonably price. To make it feel better that I am buying when I should not, I am able to consign what I no longer want with them. The staff is very friendly. I wish I knew about them years ago. If you are looking for vintage or classy look furniture or art work this is the place to go.

Moving to Florida and did not know what to do with my furniture. Was told about turn the tables and was helped so much by the employees of this store. The whole experience of bringing my furniture here has been great. Thanks to everyone at his store.

Had so much fun walking through Turn the Tables with my family. So many cool items and all at a great price. I walked out with some cool items for my kitchen. Can't wait to go back!

Fun place to shop with interesting items for sale at good prices. If you’re unsure about buying something just wait the price will go down and then that will convince you to buy it at a cheaper price. Beware you might lose it because someone will pay a the higher price before the timed discount.

Love that the staff are wearing masks and prioritizing safety. Staff is super friendly and the place is gorgeous. Love the layout, it's like 8 separate room setups. Great items for sale, rugs, couches to art. Found a great deal on a coffee table, over half the price than a similar piece at Potterybarn.
