The interface on the gas pumps is absolutely horrible. “Bypass PIN” makes the entire machine stop working. Also the slowest pumps to ever exist. 5 min for $20 worth

Car wash is horrible. Blower has been broken since the winter of 2024 leaving soap and water on the right side of your car. If you’re going to lower gas prices to sell washes then fix your equipment!

Excellent gas prices! Very friendly staff! Cold beer 28 degrees and great selection of hot dogs, brats, burritos and pizza! I was visiting from the city and very impressed.

Horrible place. It’s a gas station….not that hard. So I stop for gas…knowing that it’s going to be really cold, I decide to get a car wash. It looks like a nice car wash all lit up. Then I go to get the wash and there’s a cone blocking it, effectively saying it’s not working! So why are you selling car washes! Then I go in to get a refund and the Indian dude (I’m Indian) gives all sorts of bs to avoid giving a refund. This guy lies with a calm that comes with his obviously rehearsed script, for which he’s obviously had plenty of practice. Avoid if you can. People like this don’t deserve our business.

What a nightmare, pumped some gas and ordered a car wash. The car wash receipt did not come out at the pump. I had to go into the store to get receipt. I then had to wait in a long line inside just to get a printed receipt. I then got the receipt went to the car wash, and there was a line of five cars for what is the slowest car wash I’ve ever seen in my life. I was running to the airport and almost missed my flight because I spent so much time stuck in a line at the car wash. I was at that gas station for over 30 mins for a half tank of gas and wash. Horrible customer experience and I will never ever return.

Terrible management from the corporate side. Had my credit card hacked near end of month. Went in after receiving new credit card and was advised not to update credit card info. Instead apply for new account on the first of new month. Corporate then charged me at month end for old account and then for new account. They fooled around each time I came in and acted like corporate was getting my duplicate payment back. Weeks later, they said corporate wouldn't refund my money. Worst thing, car wash was closed in the new month through the 19th of the month. Credit card company was able to get my duplicate payment back for me.

Throughout time gas stations haven’t been known for their cleanliness but this place I don’t know how it hasn’t been shut down, I saw a rat inside the, not a mouse a big fat rat in clear site! Then there are drunken transient’s just hanging out all day long I can’t even get gas without being hit up for spare change…. Soo I’d highly recommend going elsewhere at avoid eating there

I wasn’t say something bad about the bp gas stations but this one honestly is so bad in one cashier, the last time he saw that one person take my lottery card and not said anything to me, today, I’m looking for a this kind of gas stations because is good but when I trying to put my rewards number for discount he canceled and make a click to the bottom for to pay, I’m member at bp discounts and doing this in this moment that the gas is a little expensive was not good.

Went in for fuel and snacks and left after I ate a custom topping pizza and my favorite Dr Pepper. I was going to take a roadie pizza but didn’t have a cooler bag for my flight home. The crust was so delicious! Next time I’ll bring a cooler bag!

I paid for the monthly car wash, was dissatisfied with the wash always being out of order, requested refund at the beginning of my monthly payment only to not be refunded and charged for a second month after telling me it's cancelled. Absurd customer service they dont mind stealing your money.
