“Salute to this team. I cant be thankful enough to the great service everytime I have a routine oil change. Gabby the customer service gave me always a very good details about my upcoming appointment. Ofcourse, hands down to Aviv and its team. Aviv always a straight forward guy. I’ve had once a breakpad change, upon Aviv recommendation its still have more life left and can still use it for about 3-4 months more of life. But I told him just replace it so I dont have to worry from now on. You know when a person has to be true by himself, its what that makes a big difference to have a good relationship. Brian thought he knew what the issue was just based on my description and, even though it was a busy day, just a few minutes later my car was fixed. “I was rear-ended on the freeway and needed my car checked before driving home to DC. HEART Wilmette did a free inspection and miraculously nothing was wrong. They wouldn’t let me leave a tip so am leaving a review instead. This is the best experience at a shop I’ve had in a long time and I think ever for something automotive. It felt like a nice local shop you hear about from the 90s but almost never see today”

“You could take your car to a cheap instant oil change for an oil change if cheap is what you want. If you want a trusted mechanic to change your oil AND inspect your car for wear and tear items like brakes, suspension, engine/transmission leaks before they become big problems go to TrueTech where you will always be talking to trustworthy mechanics that are always competent, honest, and overall "good guys". Staying on top of routine maintenance will save you money and give you a more reliable car to enjoy.”
“I had to get a random last-minute tire replacement on Saturday afternoon, I called them and they took me in no questions asked and had me in and out in less than 40 minutes! Amazing service, he told me exactly what was wrong and what needed fixing. He even noticed I had a slow leak in a different tire and told me he would help me deal with that too at a different time!
