What a wonderful salon in Northbrook. Summer is someone you can trust. She will provide you with a honest consultation for color and style. Her hands are magical and can transform you from a frumpy old look to something fabulous. Great hair cuts. Eman does a wonder job with color and styling. I had a color fix emergency when I used a box dye. Eman and Summer to the rescue! I was treated with kindness and skill to get a beautiful look. Thank you both for always making me feel welcome.

A-OK. Appointment was extremely easy to make however there was no confirmation sent out prior to my appointment and when I arrived I was scared they forgot about me because the hair stylist seemed pissed that I was there. It was a little awkward. I am assuming it was the owner who said something to the stylist in another language and the stylist took me for a wash; however I stopped her so she can take a look at me my face and my hair before she got it all wet. The haircut and style was good. She did good job with the blow dry. She is obviously very talented but while I was in a chair her child called and it was obvious he was back from school and was looking for her the call went on the PE system. The stylist needed to be home that's why she was so shocked to see me for a haircut at 3pm. I appreciate the effort but I wished I made the appointment at another time that was mutually good for both of us and the experience would have been better.

Terrible experience! They made me feel very uncomfortable talking in their own language the whole time and ignoring me. You could tell that I was irritating them by even being there.
