I asked VERY CLEARLY AND SPECIFICALLY IN WRITING before purchasing my 2012 Rolls Royce CERTIFIED PROVENANCE PRE -OWNED VEHICLE if the leather dashboard was in good shape. The response was by Ed Triwush that it WAS FINE. IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR FINE!It was delivered to my house here in Fl and the leather was lifting, separating, and shrinking from the speaker grill and all down both sides of the dashboard. A total mess. I have all the pictures to prove it! I asked management for a small concession to repair the leather and they declined. I will NEVER EVER recommend or even consider buying from them again. Dealing with Steve Foley Rolls Royce and they're Sales Management team has been a total, and very, very expensive nightmare.

I got my Tahoe from there in 2017, not sure why I visited the website recently, but the service was good and the scenery was nice too.

Buyer Beware. Deceptive and Zero Integrity from what must be a "newer generation" of this long standing dealership. I ordered a car 7 months ago with Frank Samortino, I put down my deposit, I acted in good faith and waited patiently as the auto industry works through many delays and back orders. I communicated with Frank almost monthly as he explained that my car would be built as soon as possible. Then out of the blue, literally, he calls and said they are ready to go but now they won't honor my order unless I pay them MSRP plus $15,000. Never a mention in all the conversations we had. I did not know dealers could Price Gouge on an ordered car. Apparently Steve Foley can, and will. I hope anyone in the market for a car goes anywhere else. The car market is very competitive today, and many dealers have really cleaned up their act, while at Steve Foley the only thing this dealers cares about is the profit the make on the car you buy.

Great service department, there is a member on staff that can handle 1981-2002 "crewe" cars here... You must have an open mind that this is not the least expensive place to go, but know the product.

My partner and I purchased a 2017 ATS back in March of this year. We quickly started having some issues with the radio/navigation screen, which sounds like it was a common issue. I called in on a Friday, Marcelo(?) immediately ordered me a new radio without question and told me he would call me back when it came in. He calls me back on Tuesday, right on schedule and sets up my appointment to replace the radio, oil change, and multi-point inspection. I made the appointment, he tells me he won't be in that day but his guys will take care of everything. We drop it off on a Saturday, and at 2 hours on the dot they call saying my car is ready. Very happy with this service!
