The stylist bumped into my elbow and complained several times after then clearly was not interested in the actual hair cut. She barely blew the hair off and didn't offer a wash and neck massage.
This was my first time here. I won't be returning to this location. A 3 rating is generous. I would have rated 2.5 if an option.

Ziena got me so incredibly wrong. Didn’t listen to a word I said, and messed my hair up and cut it so short. Also charged me 27 for a new client haircut but I am not now I gotta go back to school with a messed up haircut. Would give 0 stars if it was an option so incredibly pressed.

Normally Sports Clips are pretty reliable for on-the-go haircuts. I've gone to this location twice for last minute cuts - one who was a guy, one who was a lady - and the cuts were really, really bad. I will make sure to go to another location from now on.

Horrible, wanted a fade like short on the sides longer on the top. After she cut my hair it was a buzz cut and the stylist did not listen to anything that I said. Never coming again

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, I wish I went to the original location in Glenview, I will not name the stylist but she was so rude that I wish I just kept my hair growing, one of the worst places to go for a haircut. Hopefully you learn to improve your haircut experience but I will never go back again. The lady spent a mere 10 mins of my hair, this is not my first haircut I know when someone’s just wasting their time. STAY AWAY!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! She did a great job from my shaggy dry hair coming back from SERE school and I recommend HER and this location 10/10!

The most atrocious experience, The person who cut my hair looked like she absolutely didn’t care and didn’t take time to perfect the haircut. I gave her multiple guidances on what I wanted. She was also very rude and she also started blaming my hair for why her trimmers couldn’t cut well. Never coming to this place. Molly actually cared about the haircut

2 of last 3 haircuts have been poor. Hairstylists don’t read what’s on the ticket and when I tell them they still don’t listen and cut too short.
