I went in and asked for a fitting. Both employees looked right at me and acknowleged me, but someone else asked for something and they gave their full attention to the other customer instead and left me there waiting. The store manager was assisting the person and made sure they were taken care of before getting to me next, even though they could have asked her to wait and at least have me get ready to get measured while they helped the second person in line.

I came in to the store today to exchange some things I bought online. Alyssa and Alana were so helpful, Alyssa helped both me and my elderly mom who is in a wheelchair and I can’t recommend this store more highly.

I walk inside the store with my daughter, she is 7. I wanted to look some bras and underwear for myself, my daughter was around me and she show me some bright colors of the underwear and said -Mom look this color …. Worker was behind us and she turn to my daughter and said -O you like thongs , do you wear thongs???!!! I looked at her in shock.. on my look she said O maybe you not, but your mom probably do… What is this? What kind of a story is this and the worker that works over there? I walked outside righ away.. such a worker should be reported!!!! This is my worst experience in any store!! And if anyone from this store read this reviews, please let her know that this is harassment!

Twice now, I have had delivery issues. the first order was 7 to 10 days. this week, they made me believe they had it in stock, and I would be able to pick it up, the next day, but would notify me when it was ready. THree days later, still waiting, I canceled the order, I went and bought something else. customer service by phone over 20 minute wait every time. They need to improve these problems. the prices are so high, and customer service and shipping is so inadequate.

I just went in to find some strapless bras and Loretta was helping me out. Not only was she super sweet but she had me cracking up the whole time I was in the store! Loretta- Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful!

Very unprofessional. I bought two bras and was not able to exchange them because I misplaced the receipt and it was within the return period. Plus, they were not worn at all and still had tags. They measured me incorrectly and the band was wayyyy too big. Also, I had purchased pajamas for $100 and they just went on sale for $19.99, total rip-off. The quality of their products is not good and definitely not worth the amounts they charge. Victoria's Secret is definitely way better than this store. The only reason I came into this store was because they closed Victoria's Secret at Old Orchard Mall. I would not recommend this company.

The people here are so polite and so helpful! I was nervous about going in as a trans woman having no experience at all in bras, but the staff here were so helpful and polite and made sure I felt comfortable while teaching me about bras do's and don't's. Thanks for the wonderful first-time experience!
