THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I had an appointment. Dropped my car off. Used a Groupon, of which they redeemed before even completing the detailing. Went to pick up my car, after trying to get a hold of them for hours. When I got there to pick up my car, it was not done. Needless to say, I was not happy. They gave me my keys and told me to get my money back from Groupon. Well, they already redeemed it. This company should not be in business!!

They're usually very busy and may even cancel on you but the work they do and customer service more than makes up for it

Fell into the Groupon trap. “Extended my Groupon†meaning they marked it redeemed even when though it was not so I have no recourse with Groupon. Canceled on me and never rescheduled. Non responsive. Deplorable.

I made an appointment in July for October 4 because that was the soonest they could fit me in. I called a week before the scheduled appointment to ask some questions because it's my first time getting my car detailed. No reply. I called on October 2 to confirm my appointment. No reply. On the night before my scheduled appointment I get a text that says they're overbooked and need to reschedule. They say they will call me on Wednesday October 4 to reschedule. It's now October 15. NEVER got any call or communication from them again. I see from the comments here that this is common practice for this business.

Made an appointment 3 months in advance. A night before the date, they called and cancelled it. I lost wage from my job as I had taken time off from work to get my car detailed. They don't call back, answer phones or check emails. They are here just to make money. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. There are many options, just have to explore. Too bad, I could not give them half a star.

Once i came in through those doors, i was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The people that work there are very friendly and try their best to get you the best deal. If you ever need a repair or fix your vehicle. Silver car care would be the best choice. You will not regret coming and getting your vehicle done here. Their prices are very reasonable.
