Extremely expensive. I had to do touchups 6 months after my painters left and didn’t do the best job. Came here as it’s closer than the hardware store and was shocked by the price. A quart of paint should not be $29. I should have driven the extra few miles to Home Depot where I know a quart is under $20 and will certainly do that next time. Lesson learned.

Choose product and color with Ryan. Was told 30 min to be ready.Waiting 30 min for paint in my car.After that he wasn't there. Paint wasn't ready because he didn't left notice.

Staff is not familiar with word match. Even when you leave samples they still not do it there work. Deeply sorry but no I'm not be shopping at this store.

I've been to a lot of Sherwin Williams stores over the years and this is my go-to store because this manager Joe Rauschert will go above and beyond to make sure that your job gets what it needs from his store. Very knowledgeable person and if for some reason you stump him in a question he's got the regional store on speed dial. He's even stopped in on my job site to rectify a situation that I had. And thank you for the hot cocoa every time I stop in. LOL

This rate is for the staff. They do their best to help customers to find anything and answer all questions. If they don’t have an answer they take your phone number and call back later. What else could one expect more than professional and friendly help. They have more stuff than on the shelves. You just need to ask and they can order and deliver most of the paints, sealers, stain. Recommend to all my work partners.

Bought some paint when they were running a promotion and the staff could not have been more helpful and delivered paint to my car so they could minimize people in shop. Will come here again.

Only positive experience here, everyone I dealt with are very nice and super helpful. On one occasion they took the time to match a very tricky stain color to the exact match of our factory stained wood ( over an hour)!I have an option to shop at 3 locations but always choose to go here.

We always buy everything for our outdoor garden here. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. The grill selections is impressive. If you want old fashion good service this is the place to go.

I been going here at Northbrook location and dealing with a guy name Joe the guy is very good at what he do nice guys helpful knowledgeable very good, this guy is the reason I go out of my way to go to sherwin Williams.
