Rover’s Place is fantastic. My dog is always happy to go here, and the staff express so much joy to see her when we come in. She never smells bad when I take her home, they keep it very clean and have cameras so you can spy on your pupper. They have phenomenal customer service here and we feel very comfortable leaving our dog with them!♥️

We had a very mixed experience boarding our dogs here, and unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. I would give 0 stars but the caregivers were lovely. I was at first impressed by their temperament testing and felt confident to board our two dogs for a week. When we picked them up there wasn’t anyone at the desk for me to confirm cost or payment with. I asked the caregiver and she said they would follow up - I never got an invoice or receipt (had to check my credit card statement to even see the total). Overall the administrative side of the business did not impress me. I did think the caregivers all seemed to love the dogs. The serious issue came when right after we got home we noticed one of our dogs behaving strangely. We watched her and realized she had symptoms of bloat. She was rushed to emergency surgery within 2 hours of us bringing her home from boarding so it’s almost certain it happened while at boarding. Amazingly she survived (chances of surviving bloat are quite small). A few days after she was home from the hospital and mostly out of the woods I called Rover’s Place to give them a heads up that it happened. I asked to speak to a manager and tried to very kindly fill her in. I truly placed no blame on them, my hope was that if they were aware it could serve as a reminder to keep a close eye on the dogs in their care for signs of bloat. She immediately became very defensive and rude. I explained I was not asking for anything except that maybe this would be a reminder and help any dogs in the future. She was then silent and after an uncomfortable amount of time said “ok” and hung up. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe it.Overall, I think the employees caring for the dogs truly enjoy them and seem kind. The administrative side of the business is alarming to me and we will clearly never be back. I later realized I had no idea if my dogs were boarded together in a room or separately - I had asked and was told they would see how it went. Boarding pups requires a good amount of trust and they certainly lost mine.

We call Rovers Place "doggie camp" because our dog loves coming here so much. She bounds in tall wagging and is usually greeted by name by the staff who have so gotten to know her. So good to know that while we're on vacation having fun, she is, too.

Have left 2 messages trying to schedule a grooming appointment but no one bothers to call back. So no opinion on the grooming services but zero stars for customer service!

Our lab Hawk has been going to Rover's now for almost 3 1/2 years since we got him. They are absolutely amazing with him and every dog I have seen there. Hawk goes absolutely crazy when we are driving down the road to Rover's. Finally they have been very accomodating with Hawk and his recent leg surgery. Any requests i've made to make sure he doesn't reinjure himself they have gone above and beyond to adhere too. Rover's we love you dearly and Hawky wishes he could go 5 days a week. Best place to bring your dog for fun and boarding. They will be loved, and safe! Kelly and the entire staff, we love you!

Our dog loves it here! Anytime we need to board Pippa, she stays at Rovers and absolutely loves it. You can watch the dogs on live video feed and see that that they treat all the dogs like family. We live in the city so it's about 20 minute drive but won't board her anywhere else. She always knows a few dogs and makes new friends as well. She plays for hours and they bathe her before pick up so she comes home happy and clean.Won't take her anywhere else.

Had an appointment but had to wait almost an hour because someone was late to thier appointment and they let them go ahead anywayAsked for an even cut with the clipers, they cut her with the scissors and is very uneven, dosent even look like they cut her legs.Told them what I didnt like about the cut and said they would "make a note for next time" instead of doing the cut I had asked for and fixing it eight then.Won't be going back here

I've had my toy goldendoodle stay at Rover's Place twice for boarding while on vacation. Both times have been excellent. She comes back happy and healthy (maybe a little tired from all the playing). Everyone I talk to there is really great. And I love that I can watch her on the webcam!
