We didn't have any problems with RGI until it came time to discard our biopsy samples. The lady I who contacted me was incredibly rude and made me feel dumb for asking simple questions. We definitely do NOT recommend RGI and will be suggesting that our fertility clinic work with other companies.

Be very wary of believing any promises made by RGI staff. If your experience is anything like ours, they will not honor their deductible planning, and lead you to pay the equivalent of an extra month of rent or mortgage. Samples need to arrive in 2021 for 2021date of service? Oh, no. Not anymore. A single day past 12/20 and they'll ignore the fact that you've already hit your deductible for the year. Just plan on paying an extra grand and then maybe you'll be happy. Whatever stock reply they give to this review will not negate broken promises from Crissy and team. All I can say is get it in writing or they'll call you a liar.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option... expect that they will screw up billing in a way that costs you a large amount of money during a process that is stressful.

This might be a good company, but I would not use them or recommend them to anyone at this point because of one really rude and unprofessional person in billing. It is unfortunate that one person is bringing down that whole company. I’ve spoke with a few other people that have had to deal with the same lady and they had nothing nice to say either.

Have been working with RGI for years and highly recommend them for PGT. They are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely highly skilled.

I cannot say enough bad things about their predatory billing practices. They said I would need to bill my insurance myself which didn't surprise me given very little is covered for fertility. Then RGI would not supply me with me information to submit to insurance since I paid out of pocket. Go ANYWHERE else.

Great experience in 2008 i have lovely twins that are now 12 years old. Its now 2020 and I've invested over $7500 in storing embryos. RGI raised the annual rate consistently now over double from where we started. they send aggressive collectors after for the last 2 years i owe $1700 more. We don't want embryos but are having moral issues with tossing them out. very difficult to logistically donate. The Dr. was terrific getting my twins but this experience post IVF has been bad.

****WARNING**** TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Deceitful, dishonest and money hungry! They do not care at all about the real people they are affecting. We had our embryos sent to them for genetic testing and they got us results on all of them except one. First of all, we were never told it was even an outcome that we would not get results on them all. Second of all, they are now trying to make us pay another $1800 to have the ONE re-tested!!! We've already paid them over $6,000!! I've been in contact with a lot of people there and they are all the same. Insistent on more and more money. I'm pushing my doctors office to no longer work with them and use another, ethical company to work with! They were shocked that I was being required to pay that much money AGAIN! I've been reading a lot of negative reviews on them, I only wish I had done it sooner!
