i have done business with Premier for over 30 years and never had an issue with any aspect of their business. My sales rep Michelle R. is the gold standard of sales reps and keeps me in the know of all my product lines/education. Alex Cohen is just as amazing as his father Steve and as long as I am in the industry I will do business with them.

I used to carry living proof and had the worst service. My sales consultant never came around and I started seeing new products on instagram that I knew nothing about... I took their sew in weft class (over priced) three years ago and haven't ordered tape in extensions since. I ordered 24 in "special order" extensions that arrived and were not weft but tape ins and the won't exchange or return them. Horrible service!

Sunshine you are very right.. been there for 3 yrs and the managers let the employees that been there long run the warehouse. Loved working there but not the people they are high school for the record. I lost my job for not playing follow the leader cause I know for a fact 3 people should been gone

I was offered a job but when my background check came back they said no. My crime is 13 years old. Why they go back farther than 7 years like everybody else makes no sense. The HR manager emailed me saying they practice family values. Can't tell. In America we believe in 2nd chances. Then the liberal sent me a email that made no sense and lied to me. She was supposed to call me on May 12th but emailed me on the 11th. Very unprofessional. Don't work there. There's other jobs. The owner just responded to my review. Took a shot at me. Must be because I'm a Christian. More WOKE behavior from that company. Don't work there if you respect yourself or the country.

Terrible place to work for. The women here seem to still think their in high school. Doesnt hurt to do your job and go home. Terrible management. Old workers will do anything to get you fired. Too much drama!!

Stephanie is awesome! I just opened up a large 14 chair salon and spa in Portage, MI. I had met with several reps representing several lines and companies. Stephanie was so attentive to my needs and really listened / saw my vision. She truly cares about your business and does everything to make sure you’re set up for success. She is an absolute gem and one in a million! Working with her has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend primer for the amazing lines that they carry and the awesome staff.

I took the Hot Heads beaded weft class on Monday. I loved the class and can’t wait to start offering extensions. My educator was awesome! However I’m a little taken back by the fact almost all of the accessories needed to start offering extensions are not available

I have not had a worse customer care experience in a very long time, if ever that I can recall. Absolutely no attempt was made by customer care to resolve an issue with extensions I purchased. The swatch color wasn't even close to the extensions. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to use them on a client and tweak the color for a special event we specifically purchased them for. Absolutely NOTHING was going to be done for me for having to "eat this cost" because the extensions were the WRONG color and I had to put extensions in my clients hair THAT DAY. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS customer service and treatment by Premier Beauty Supply. Unfortunately I have already paid for the weft extension class. I have zero interest in purchasing from Premier. I have to find a different distributor or extension company.
