“Switched to this CVS pharmacy based on positive online reviews. I have not been disappointed. Great drive thru service. Competent and friendly staff. Clean and well managed store. Previously used Walgreens, but their pharmacy services have become a disaster. Walgreens would mysteriously cancel my refills and never contacted my provider when a new prescription was required. Also impossible to talk to anyone in Walgreens stores. Endless hold times and then you’re disconnected. Glad I switched to CVS.”

“I always have a great experience at the CVS at Willow & Waukegan Rds. My prescription was ready quickly and Ibukunoluw was very thorough and kind explaining this new medication to me. She took time to be sure I understood! I was able to get me vaccines with Amar, he was also friendly, kind and professional. “My husband and I came to Mariano's with a shopping list to accomplish. The store was laid out in a way where it was easy to find what we were looking for. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly. There was a pretty big sale going on and lucky for us the food that we were looking for was on sale. We even passed a sale on cereal (that was not on our shopping list) that was too good to pass up. When we went to check-out, the lines at the register went pretty fast. Overall, our experience at Mariano's was positive and I recommend Mariano's to others.”

“About 2 weeks ago I went to this Walgreens to get my Covid bivalent booster shot and flu shot at the same time. I didn't expect this experience to be so positive that I would write a 5-star review about it! The pharmacist technician, Salwa at the counter was friendly and nice to take care of the registration. Then, a real shout out to Heather, the nurse/technician who was to put the 2 shots in my arm. Heather was very professional and friendly, and made good suggestions in a non-pushy way. I didn't know that you can have 2 different shots on one arm at the same time, so, I was going to have one shot on each arm. She said that I could put both shots in one arm if I wanted as a lot of people do that, and asked me if I wanted 1 or 2 sore arms. So, this was a no brainer. Even though I had been to numerous flu shot appointments over the past 20 years, and been to many Covid shots as well, this was the only time that I felt that the nurse/technician really liked her job, was very clear with her instructions, took her time but was efficient at the same time, and did a great job. I usually bruised quite easily with shots, this time there's no bruising, so it's a big plus! The only thing is, each time you go to a pharmacy to get a shot, you never get the same nurse! If you call to make an appointment instead of booking online, it doesn't hurt to make an appointment with Heather for the injection!”
