Gabby the customer service gave me always a very good details about my upcoming appointment. Ofcourse, hands down to Aviv and its team. Aviv always a straight forward guy. “If you need a great auto repair business, Star Auto Authority is the place to go! I flew into Illinois to purchase a vehicle and wanted to get it checked out before driving home. This place was the only business who recognized that I needed to get in soon and Bill was able to schedule me in. They did a comprehensive check and recommended some repairs. I decided to get my brakes replaced. For a auto repair business that looked this nice, i felt that the repair quote was very reasonable and fair. They even provided a loaner so I could run some errands. The service provided was top notch. I just wished that there was a business like this in my home state.”

Sunny performed a thorough mechanical, bodywork and electrical inspection. Showed me any issues he could find (including under the vehicle) to take pictures and document. “My mother was referred here by a friend when some lights in here car came on. It was around the same time for her to get a new plate sticker so of course you have to pass the admissions test. It failed a couple times so we took it back. The mechanic not only fixed the issue but took it up there himself and it passed. “Kang's is top-notch. I came here from a from a friends recommendation, and now it's the only place I'll bring mine or my wife's vehicle (if I can help it)
What I value is honesty, solid work and fair pricing. I've been gouged by too many other mechanics. At other places I've been lied too, had shoddy work done or over-charged.
If you're looking for bargain-basement pricing, go elsewhere. Kang's is very fair in their pricing. If you get a quote somewhere else and the price is ridiculously low, be warned, you likely get what you pay for. Kang's uses quality products and quality techs from my experience.
I trust Kang's to give an honest assessment, quote and do the work in a timely manner. High praises for Justin for being very communicative--especially if the techs find additional issues as they do their work. I value his opinion on next steps.
As a bonus, their lobby and shop is extremely clean and organized. You can tell all the employees have a lot of respect for what they do and it shows. Very professional. Highly recommend Kang's in Glenview.

“All I can say is WOW!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. Brad and Gavin serviced my vehicle and they were professional, nice, and they truly DO NOT miss a single detail down to asking if I would like my windshield cleaned and topped off the air in my tires without even asking. You’re greeted with a cold bottle of water and nothing but kindness and courtesy. It truly takes no more than 20 minutes every time I’m here. The biggest thing for me is being able to leave feeling like I wasn’t hounded to buy/replace everything, the techs are thorough with their checks however don’t pressure you too much to buy anything (unless it really needs to be replaced like my filter!) which as a woman who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate so much!! They actually show you how dirty it is and explain why it could be a problem. 10/10 recommend coming here and WILL be back again.”
