Been using this team of health care professionals for many years. I have moved to Wheaton and still travel back to NorthShore for my health care needs. I am very happy with my doctor and make the 35 mile trip. Fortunately I am in good shape and have been able to get back and forth.

I thought the whole point of having a primary care doctor is to go to a familiar place when you are sick. With this office no matter what reason I called for I was always directed to immediate care. Although the doctors are nice, this office will almost always fail you.

AWFUL experience. I was going for my first appointment here as a new patient, and I had the confirmation notice and everything. But once I arrived, the front desk ladies had attitude which made me already uneasy. But then they told me my appointment is cancelled! Their reason was that the doctor was not seeing new patients yet (which is already irritating since their website said the doctor was in fact accepting new patients, otherwise of course I wouldn’t have made the appointment). But the problem is not that it was cancelled, the problem is no one informed me ahead of time. The front desk lied about sending me a message but I had been checking till the day of and I got no messages. If they need to cancel, that’s fine - but they should make sure to send a notice asap. Especially frustrating because it’s the end of the year and it’s too late to schedule with someone else before the year ends.

I don't remember the front desk woman's name, but she had no professionalism or willingness to help. They made a mistake on their part and did not acknowledge the mistake. Read Google reviews. Those are more recent and accurate. Yelp reviews are quite old.

Waited for over an hour and a half for immediate care with my father who is 83 years old and had a heart surgery last year. no patients in front of us. Not busy in the waiting room. Sub standard service and attention. Skokie location is much better

Been to this Dr office for long time. The service now getting worse. Wife got Pinkeye, electronic prescription to Walgreens but Walgreen doesn't have it. They left message for alternative one never got response, wife called the office never got response.. must went back to office, waited, nurse said the prescription ready but when picked again at Walgreens said no Dr authorization. what's the point of electronic prescription :-( the whole day just for 1 eyes ointment.

Small convenient Dr.'so office that always seems to figure a way to see me if needed. Extremely patient and friendly staff and Dr.'s.
