I took my Chevrolet Suburban to change starter the mechanic called me and asked $700 for labor to change the starter plus $500 for the material . After I told him that his pricing was not fair that the Chevrolet dealer is selling new starter for $330 and labor it’s only an hour which is $150 he was mad and agreed for me to bring my own starter and charged me still $300 for labor which again was more expensive then a dealership . And when I picked up my car on the dashboard was new code that I saw for the first time saying leveling system he did not care to take responsibility about that . His comment was if you didn’t negotiate about my price leveling system wouldn’t be there . I am still waiting on the owner to call me never did .

Brought my jeep here and Daniel was so nice and helpful to all my needs. He stayed late for me to even pick up my car! My jeep looks brand new and he is honest about repair work. I’ll be sending everyone who needs body work done his way!

I’ve gone to this place for my 2019 QX50 twice (one time for electric work and once for body work) and I’ve been absolutely satisfied both times. Daniel is amazing and he is as honest as they come. He truly cares and wont just charge you pointlessly. Highly recommended!

I went by this place yesterday to talk to them about doing some work on my car.The establishment faces another building and with the cars in the area and the limited space you have to be careful.I got to the southwest corner of the building they occupy and while I began backing up to go back in the direction from which I came to find a place to park this employee driving a black pick-up truck goes right by me as I’m about to go in reverse.In a flash, I saw the front of the truck go by the side of my car because as a school bus driver I know how to drive defensively and use all my mirrors.He was driving in to the bay, but stops short of entering the service bay, gets out of the truck and comes toward my car like he wants to have words.I drove away because I decided in that instant anybody working there who doesn’t honk making a move like that in somebody else’s car in such a confined area is not the kind of place I want working on a car I’ve had since 1970.These other reviews have been pretty insightful.

Dan and team worked with my insurance company and me to complete body work and mechanical repairs to my damaged vehicle. They were friendly, responsive and professional in all interactions. We have a 2007 Toyota Sienna that was starting to show some rust - had lots of dings and small dents as befits a 14 year old vehicle especially the hood that had dozens of chips in the paint. It's always a tough decision about spending more money on a vehicle this age but I am glad we did because what was superficially a small amount of rust was underneath a lot of damage. It was a lot of extra work but they honored the quote. The work was very high quality and they even did extra touch ups and dent repair above and beyond the quote. Owner lives in Northbrook - locally owned. Great job.
