I went with my brother to Motortrend Imports to purchase a vehicle. We are from Michigan. Greg took Excellent care of us! His customer service was amazing. This process couldn't have gone any better. The vehicle was exactly what Greg had described and shown in photos. Greg was easy to work with and he went above and beyond to meet our needs. We can't be any happier. We are fortunate grateful to have come across Greg. 5 stars doesn't begin to do him justice. Thank you Greg.

I came from Michigan today to purchase a car from Motortrend Imports. Greg went above and beyond with his customer service. The vehicle was super clean and well kept, everything was just as described. It was well worth the trip. Looking forward to doing business with Greg again when my other cars kick the bucket. Greg and his dealership are great!! He FaceTimed with me before I drove to see the car and was very patient showing me what I wanted to see and answering my questions. The Jeep was in exactly the condition expected and the final sale was quick and easy. Highly recommend Motortrend Imports!!!

I just recently purchased a vehicle here with Greg. He is very courteous and friendly and is willing to negotiate a price with you. The purchase process was very straightforward and easy. There are no hidden fees and is very transparent throughout the whole process. He was even kind enough to get the car filled up with gas before we left. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for clean and affordable vehicles.

It's been awhile since I felt confident about buying a used car. Greg has a very nice clean line of cars. We are so satisfied, we ask Greg to find us another one like we purchased, just a different color for our other granddaughter.

Exceptional buying experience with Greg and his team. I was in the market for a specific car and after searching on CarGurus it turned out that Motor Trend Imports had the car I wanted. After scheduling a time to see and test drive the car I was pleasantly surprised to receive straightforward pricing, warranty details, and financing options to meet my budget. My time was valued and I felt no pressure to purchase their car, they also accepted my old car as a trade in.

Mr. Greg Ovnanyan at Motor Trend Imports overall seems like a fair seller and is open to negotiation. I purchased a used 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from him. He offered good advice during the buying process including recommending Consumer Credit Union ( for a used car loan on which I got a great rate of 1.9% APR. Mr. Ovnanyan was cooperative when I asked to bring the car in for a multi-point inspection at an authorized Honda dealership. However, a couple of issues left me less than 100% satisfied. Mr. Ovnanyan said the car was bing sold "as is" and did not address the service warning light for an engine coolant replacement which costs $143 to remedy at Castle Honda. Mr. Ovnanyan said that he could have done the maintenance at a lower cost, but then, if that's true, why didn't he take care of it in the first place? The engine air filter and the interior air filter both needed to be replaced at a total cost of $100, but Mr. Ovnanyan said the he could have replaced the air filters at a lower cost. If so, why didn't he before selling the car and include the cost of the maintenance in the price? I realize that the vehicle was used, but not taking care of long-term maintenance items like engine coolant and air filters left me with a negative impression. Positives: open to negotation, patient and does not rush the pre-purchase mechanic inspection, good financing recommendation Negatives: does not address all maintenance warning lights before selling and sells cars truly "as is" Update June 5, 2018: I got an email from Greg saying, "...obviously you got angry and thus the 3 star review." I wrote the review rationally. Trying to make a customer feel bad for giving 3 out of 5 stars leaves a much more negative impression on me. I'll rationally reduce my rating to 1 star from 3 for the offensive remark. Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars
