My husband and I came to Mariano's with a shopping list to accomplish. The store was laid out in a way where it was easy to find what we were looking for. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly. There was a pretty big sale going on and lucky for us the food that we were looking for was on sale. We even passed a sale on cereal (that was not on our shopping list) that was too good to pass up. When we went to check-out, the lines at the register went pretty fast. Overall, our experience at Mariano's was positive and I recommend Mariano's to others.

This is absolutely theeeeee worst Mariano's out there and unfortunately we have it. Please Please some other chain please take it over and fire all the horrible staff that stand around here doing absolutely nothing! Today I came in and they apparently got rid of their hand held baskets. I asked a staff person and got a non customer service friendly response, "we don't got Em any more". No sorry we no longer carry them, no explanation, no smile, no nothing. this place used to be vibrant, full of customers, and great amenities. Now it's ghetto. Won't be back unless I'm desperate.

It was very affordable and a great place to get organic items and meat cut specifically for your choice. The quality is so good at Whole Foods Market, the store brand is excellent. I was able to find the items on my list easily because a huge aisle is easy to navigate, in my opinion. I will be going back many more times.

I've quit shopping here - Whole Foods is worth the extra 5 minute drive. So many issues - fraudulent charges, no headcount to support customers, etc. the Kroger buyout is about eliminating competition. Fail. We're done.

It's still a cluster-you-know what, with lots of unavailable items. Shopping later in the day shouldn't automatically make the unavailable list (for pickup) plummet that much; this stuff should be anticipated. They are continuing to have staffing issues, even more so than other Mariano's locations, from what I can tell. This is happening so much at this particular location that it now closes at 6:30pm every night. Absolutely insane. (Maybe the Clicklist/pickup site should get with the program and not offer pickup times that are after this new closing time?)

FOR GODSSAKE PLEASE STOP PUTTING LIMA BEANS IN YOUR POKE BOWLS! If you don't have edamame just leave it out but for all that is good in this world please do not add lima beans!! I'm not entirely convinced they're a real bean and not just a piece of chalk disguised as one. Knock it off. They're disgusting. And misleading.

The store offers a great variety of products. The freshness and healthiness are undeniable. The hot and salad bar section is in extreme good. Meats and veggies are really good. Perhaps, they are serving lots of people and of course doing a great job keeping the line short with almost no waiting time. I had an excellent experience overall. Thank you for the service you provide. It was my first time there and every single worker behave like wonder, super nice super helpful and even explain to me how everything works. Definitely the supermarket I am going to visit each time

What's really great about this Mariano's is its cheese section. It's huge. And it's not just cheddar and parmesan. They have here some high quality cheeses. You'll find St. Augr (one of my favorites blues), as well as mimolette, a French cow's milk which is delicious and something I only learned of when I was at Marche in Glen Ellyn. They also have some packaged pancetta, and some jamon, too. Jars of Divina brand fig spread and sour cherry spread, along with everything else you need to make a great cheese board. I'm glad that I found this because it would be much easier for me to head to Northbrook than out to Glen Ellyn.

Self checkouts are a nightmare here. Do not use them and definitely not if you are in a hurry or buying booze. Attendent had to clear nine separate times to buy 9 items. They were all going off all around me.

I have to stop shopping here because this dude named Marty in self check out. Literally bullied an old lady in front of me and I thought I must of missed somthing, then he immediately started to bully me and complaining about how he worked from 2-8 as if I cared. I get it Marty you don't have a family that cares about you but don't take it out of the customers you POS.
