“Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.”

“As a young adult, I remember my mom sending me packages filled with great items, and I knew I was receiving something terrific when I saw the label was from Lake Forest Pack and Ship. I am older now, and mom recently passed away, so I needed to send a few valuables to my home in Georgia. Michael at LF Pack and Ship took the best care of me and the items. Everything (oil paintings, crystal, picture frames) arrived safely, in perfect condition, and early (thank you, FedEx ground)!”

“I manage purchases for several family members and often have many items and packages for return delivery, hence UPS. The associates here are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
I visit this store the most because it is conveniently located in between most of my regular errands, so I’m there throughout the year - the service is consistently wonderful. Even near Christmas when weather, traffic, and technology don’t always work in our favor, they remain efficient and dedicated.
I wish I could remember the name of the lead or manager who is usually there every day - he is so kind and always working in front or behind the scenes to keep the system moving smoothly. Thanks for all you do! -S”

Even helping me pick out some different paper to make my printing look better
even more impressive was as other customers came into this location Alex the manager knew all of them by name and they all knew him .
I will definitely be returning here for all of my shipping and office needs

In addition, the staff at store 3057 was super helpful in answering my questions. I spoke with Renee. She was the actual person that did the packing. This was all done over the phone as I never met them in person. They received my item directly from the seller I dealt with. This is a wonderful store to deal with!”

“Not sure why some folks don’t like this store? I come in drop off returns boxes, they print out a receipt and I’m in and out of there for n 2 minutes. What’s not to like?”
“On the afternoon of February 15th my wife, 100 year old aunt and I had an afternoon flight to Dallas TX her new home. One of her prized positions was a very large 32" x 22" shadowbox containing artwork completed my HER grandmother. The previous evening a different pack n ship business quoted an extraordinary amount to ship. So hours before the flight, we walked into the UPS store on Harlem Ave. The diminutive gentleman behind the counter, heard our story, gave us a quote, took our cc info and we headed to the airport. Late that evening he text the receipt. Several days later it and other packages we entrusted to him arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding service.”
