Anna was amazing! Very patient and helpful had an awesome experience here! It helps to make an appointment it does get busy but this location is awesome alot of security around which is great makes you feel safe walking out!

I purchased a beautiful Louis Vuitton wallet for my husband four years ago. He takes great care of it. Unfortunately there is a spot that had come apart. We brought it into the store for it to get repaired, and they sent it out . They have informed us there's nothing they can do. This is an expensive wallet high-end and there's nothing they can do? Apparently they don't stand behind their products and the quality. Buyers beware.

This is a great location at the Northbrook Court Mall. My client advisor, Daisy, is super helpful and able to get me some hard to get pieces. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and always willing to help in any way they can including setting up appointments and experiences at other LV locations during my travels. I am very blessed to have such a wonderful relationship with my client advisor as well as the rest of the staff at Northbrook. Big thanks to Adnan, Christian, Anna and the rest of the crew for always willing to step up and help whenever they can.

My sister in laws bought my mother a purse over $3500.00 in February and she noticed it was a bit small to put her medication because she has alot. Her first time ever trying to use it but end up not using it. When took it to the store after mangers at first told her she can bring it back to exchange it. They noticed the tags weren't in the purse and assumed it was used and pushed her away. We just noticed a scratch on the bag after examining it so so much. The purse is supposedly is scratch free. We bought a damaged purse and didn't even notice it. Terrible customer service. Never shopping at Northbrook LV again.
