Be careful! These steps are very sharp in some places, I once cut my leg there, there was a lot of blood and the wound took a long time to heal.

I was disappointed to find Cindy as the instructor for today’s Zumba class, as I was expecting Isaiah. There was no prior notice of this change, and if I had known, I might have skipped the class.
Can you provide information on how schedule changes are communicated and if there are options to attend Isaiah’s class on Thursday?

I've been a signature club member of LA Fitness for a few years. This gym is absolutely nothing special. The front desk staff are a bunch of kids on a power trip. I was at this location with a guest yesterday and was charged a guest fee by Sam Minnis. Had never had this happen to me before and my membership includes 2 free guests to come with me. Numerous times i've seen people walk into this gym without even scanning in. Half the time there is no one at the front desk! He claims i left the gym and that I just let me guest in. He also claimed there wasn't a manager in the building on a friday afternoon which is absurd. These kids are running this location into the ground and corporate needs to look into this location. Waiting to get a call back from management as i'm furious with this recent experience! (Funny how there are soo many horrible reviews about this kid as well)

June 10, first and last time coming to this location. I had arrived at 6:05pm and went into the men’s locker room and placed my belongings and my personal lock on locker #29. I finish my workout around 7:52pm and come back to the locker room to see my lock missing on #29. I open it and my gym bag had been opened and my belongings distorted and all $103 of my cash inside my wallet had been taken. I reported it to the front desk attendant immediately and he said he would take my information and call the police so I can file a report with them. He also mentioned I was the second person to report this TODAY. I asked if he could review the video footage and he tells me there are no cameras, not even any outside of the locker that work. Unbelievable. While waiting for the police to arrive, I go back to the lockeroom to double check if anything had been left behind or if I was missing anything else and I warned the other people inside that there have been multiple break-ins today. Another patron said the same thing happened to him 5/6 months ago. If this is a continuing occurrence; then clearly the management is not doing a good enough job to protect their patrons’ valuables. You shouldn’t have to finish your workout and come back to your locker broken into, lock gone, and cash in your wallet gone. Go to a different location or better yet, a different gym.

The staff is friendly that's why I'm giving 3 stars. But the state of the equipment is the worst I've seen in any LA FITNESS I've ever been to. Some machines are way too old and don't work as they should any more (especially the lat pull ones). This could lead to injury. Also there are not enough machines for regular use. Yet large areas are unused and reserved for personal training use only. What a waste, for both the space and money spent on personal training here.

Sam and Stephan didn't let me in as a guest because my friend, who's a member, had to leave due to an emergency.Normally, I come with my girlfriend using one membership. Honestly, I've seen people come in without membership, and they're not checked. But they wouldn't make a one-time exception for me. I was a member in this gym for a year, but now we started to use one membership with my girlfriend.I get it, it's their right not to let me in, but they can make one-time exceptions.Stephan's attitude was terrible. He looked at me like I was a piece of garbage.If you’re will check other people’s reviews, I am not the only one arguing about them.

This gym has some of the worst management I’ve ever had to deal with. Sam minnis a “manager” was the most unprofessional worker I’ve ever had to deal with. He was on the phone with his “girlfriend” as I was trying to sign up for a membership he paid me no hospitality and no attention. This is not the way to be treated when spending my hard earned money to go to the gym. I will never come back to this location again nor will I go to another LA FITNESS AGAIN BECAUSE OF SAM MINNIS.

I was visiting this location for the first time as I bought the membership with access to all gyms locations, and I brought a guest with me along with 2 other la fitness members. We were coming from a different location La fitness to play basketball because the location we were at was packed. My friend had filled out a guest form but for some odd reason the general manager as he stated ( SAM MINNIS ) was giving us a hard time and not letting my guest in. Sam was very unprofessional about it to start off with. ( attitude and power trip ).. and then I see Sam was on a FaceTime call during our whole conversation. And when I asked him to put it away he refused and stayed on the call. I let him know his actions were very unprofessional and that I was going to contact corporate. In retaliation to that which I also thought was very unprofessional and uncalled for Sam told me he was “ going to write a note under my account so I don’t get let in the gym “ I asked him to please let me know what it is he is writing down because i know I did nothing wrong and he is getting his feelings involved on the job by retaliating. I pull my phone out to record his actions and then he tells me he is not going to write anything down and he was just trying to “ scare me “ I told him that I recorded him typing and him unsharing his screen with me so it’s not in my view so I can’t see what he’s typing and he says “ do u have proof “ I was shocked of how childish and immature that comment was. Later I went back to my location and asked to pull up what he wrote under my account and Sam had lied when he said he wasn’t going to write down anything. I was very disappointed and upset about this whole situation because what Sam did was not right nor was it professional since he is the manager. I asked for anyone above his position and Sam said he was the manager. This is very wrong and unacceptable to have a manager position but acting unprofessional.
