Terrible experience with this bank. Jay refused to deposit my check, he didn’t want to deposit it a year ago but deposited. This time in a year he just started to walk around asking people what to do , demanded documentation from me, confirming that the company is the same as in the check ( last time he spent my 20 mins and deposited with no documentation))))then started to call corporate to ask what to do. I spent around 15 mins looking at his movements back and forth and ended up saying goodbye. I came in to a different Huntington, spend less than a minute there - they deposited check swiftly.Be aware on this Huntington location unless you have a lot of time to watch Jay do nothing.I will probably switch to chase bank because of this in Huntington bank

I was looking for an ATM on a Saturday, the Huntington website clearly said there was a 24/7 ATM at this location but I got there and the ATM was INSIDE the closed bank. What's the point of having an ATM that's only accessible when the bank is open?

Worst experience in my life ever!!! You would think I was applying for a loan with amount of questions the teller was asking me. I had proof I am the real deal and he was very hesitant to give me my money. It would of been a waste of time to talk to the manager as he is probably the same way. Do yourselves all a favor, go to a different branch. I've been to many different ones and they others all treat you like family, clearly this one has forgotten what family even is in this day and age!

Horrific new staff, especially unreasonable is a new branch manager Karen. Lazy deluders. Nothing but misrepresentation. Stay away at all costs.
