Like other person on this side I would give 5/3 zero after realizing now that it does not have 24/7 emergency call number. After finding out unauthorized transfer on my checking account at 9 PM CST I could not call bank because their customer service number is only available till 8 PM.

Could not give a zero or I would. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the worker refused to wear a mask when I went inside or make a money order in the drive up because its not company policy when other branches do this service for me all the time. People working with the public should where mask especially if they are working with the public face to face.

I had questions aboout an account there and Steve was very helpful. He educated me on what my options were and was very nice along the way. He even motivated me to start working out again and gave me some gym tips!

Fifth third bank used to be known for its service. But things have changed. This branch is not like that; they had very slow service and they charged us a lot of fees they were not supposed to. Now I have to chase after them to correct this. In addition, not specific to this bank, their online banking is not working.

Not the branch but to the fraud department who the f do you think you are to close my account wrongful assumtion of bank of information that's 1 and 2 closing my account over wrongful user name and passwords is also f up I will sue you or better yet make sure you get reported to the better buisness bureo and hope ishia losses her job f you

Sam is by far the best bank manager I've ever worked with as a customer. He's the reason I've stuck with Fifth Third, because his customer service skills are on point, and the way he trains his staff to treat customers is top notch. Thanks Sam!

I want to write a review about the bank in general. The ONLY exception to this rule is the current branch manager, Emilie, who is wonderful, helpful and intelligent- and of course, she is being promoted and she will soon be gone. I want to write a review as a wealthier client, who's assets and affairs I entrusted to the bank to handle my most complicated business issues. I dealt with wealth manager David Bishop, and Loan officer Sharon Burd. They couldn't have wronged me more. Through a series of "regulations" they managed to tie up my home with a small mortgage, secure my assets with a low value debt, and then once tied up, chose to ignore me in a way that has caused me multiple sleepless nights- culminating in refusing to further loan monies, grant credit or treat me as a respected client which I deserved. I fell through the cracks and went from a respected client at a bank to a lump of coal, and they tied up my assets so tightly that I cannot move banks easily- this is the policy of 5/3. Im retaining an attorney to extricate myself from this terrible bank. This place is a revolving door, and with 10 years of dealing with the branch I have seen the staff turn over faster than an omlette, every single year. And they will swear they do not. The bank lies to you at the drop of a hat. There HAS to be a better bank. I would suggest that if your requirements are more than just a checking account (but even then), RUN from this bank and find one that respects you as a customer. And don't believe anything anyone from the bank tells you.
