I kindly request the manager or who ever is in charge of this location to please provide some basic training, as I just got a call from Ms. Lewis who was very unprofessional. Our package got rerouted to this location as fedex tried to deliver on MLK day and when I said we were closed on MLK day, she said, no fedex didn't close for MLK day. I had to repeat 3 times before she paid attention to listen to what I was saying before yelling at me because our location was closed when the driver tried to deliver a package.

I live in an apartment building, drivers never bother to call to get signature, the phone number is just there, I even created a Fedex deliver manager instruction, but no, nobody have the time to call, just leave a doortag and run away.

Picked up a package here and was in and out within minutes. Fast and simple.

I picked up a watch that was shipped . I was the only customer in the center so I gave the attendant my shipping number , he promptly retrieved the package, I signed for it and was on my way.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Consistently the worst customer service by multiple members on the team. The incompetency is excruciating. Horrible communication on print jobs, everyone has a different excuse for everything. Apparently they now cannot look up a receipt after 30 days. You all are a print center and multiple business, aka who need receipts, use you!! A literal joke of a store. Will never come here again.

I don't know the name of the lady working when I was returning packages but she was extremely friendly and kind, I was picking up a package that needed a signature and didn't know I needed ID but she juggled me having to go to my car for my passport and mail and another customer with a complicated delivery (I wasn't really listening I just know he stayed there and she was explaining something)
