Really helpful, customer service-oriented professional named Jason there who recently took care of a tricky shipment for me. This location has also been my go-to place for years for printing -- everything always works well. Good place to get things done with confidence.

Most of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a mean woman who didn’t greet me when I come in the store, told me to go to the other counter and then I realized the other counter is printing and I need to ship. So I ended up being the 3rd one to get served when I’m the first to get in the store. The woman was giving me looks and exchanged looks with her customer. She was rude, unkind and shouldn’t be in the business of service. I don’t know why these behaviors are acceptable to FedEx. She was 10 feet away from me and didn’t bother to listen to what I need. Won’t be coming to this location again. What a terrible experience! If you want to be ignored and then silently judged by a FedEx person, you find the perfect location!

Very unhelpful. Had a print set up to be printed in Glenview for pickup the next day. When I went to pick it up they said their machine had broken and to go to Northbrook. Arrived in Northbrook and no one was there except me and one of the employees. He said he couldn’t get to me today because he was backed up. I explained to him I was in a bind and was at another corporate store and they had a machine down. He wouldn’t help. Avoid this location and go to Glenview.

I just drove 20 mins to the only location in the area and I need an id to send a paper document - they won’t even look at scanned copies of passport and ID and physical credit cards to suffice - even the airport will let you fly with this if you’ve lost or forgotten your ID!! Ontop of which I can go home and print my own shipping label and ship the document myself WITHOUT the need for ID!!! The service person Robin had no idea about any of these processes and couldn’t even tell me if there was a location closer to my area??? What kind of system is this? It may not be Robins fault for not knowing this - seems like Fedex isn’t creating a good customer service based foundation / system. Why would I need ID to mail something???

Employee named Robin was extremely rude Thursday morning, April 20, 2023. I came in to print a few documents nothing that should take make more than a few seconds given past experiences at FedEx/UPS. Carolyn instructed me to wait for Robin instead of helping me herself. I guess that’s because Carolyn was oh so busy helping all the other nonexistent customers. Robin then proceeded to continue looking through his email before finally walking over after 5 min of me just standing at the counter waiting for him to acknowledge me. When he finally decided to acknowledge me I immediately asked him if I could have the store email address to send my documents to because I wanted to print four documents and be on my way and I told him I was in a hurry. Robin then responded by telling me my best option was the self service kiosk given I was in a hurry… mind you after already waiting more than 5 minutes I told him no and that I just waited for him so that I could just have him help me. He then responded by telling me that I’ll be waiting longer and just seemed annoyed and bothered like I’m such an inconvenience, mind you the store is empty, an empty store at 8:40 am, and I’m such an inconvenience to Robin at HIS JOB. All while he’s so nonchalantly going through his emails instead of helping live customers. I think Robin and Carolyn need to find new careers given the fact that they display such disregard for customers and really lack every bit of customer service etiquette. I had such a more pleasant time at the UPS that was less than 5 min away. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Just go to UPS don’t even bother here.

We needed a funeral program printed without a lot of time and Robin was amazing. He was super helpful plus he even rushed to get it done ahead of the scheduled time...huge thanks to Robin @ Northbrook Fed Ex

I had some printing done in the city.When I got home I realized there was a printing mistake.The Northbrook store reprinted it free of charge.The manager couldn't have been nicer.

Very polite, friendly, and professional service! Most of the time the print jobs are finished the same day, with excellent quality prints and document binding. Highly recommended!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Consistently the worst customer service by multiple members on the team. The incompetency is excruciating. Horrible communication on print jobs, everyone has a different excuse for everything. Apparently they now cannot look up a receipt after 30 days. You all are a print center and multiple businesses', aka who need receipts, use you!! A literal joke of a store. Will never come here again.

The line at this FedEx is as bad as USPS. The only difference is my package is more likely to get to its destination. Prepare to read your book or newspaper in line.
