Michael and his crew are incredible Santa's helpers! I needed a towel embroidered for a Christmas gift and was slightly late in getting the order in. But they came through even though it was a small order; they saw the importance of it. Thank you and especially to "Queen Elizabeth" for all her patience!

Amazing customer service. Our department ordered whole bunch of jackets and mine came in different size, which was not this companies fault at all.I emailed customer service to see if anything could be done and I was reached out by the owner in less then an hour saying that he already resolved my issue. I am so glad that our department went with this company. Also as business owner, I am really satisfied how great this company handled everything and will definitely send more businesses towards them.Thank you.

I was looking for a custom embroidery shop that could help me design a special jersey that I was sending to Japan as a gift. I called a few different shops in the area and then stumbled across the owner, Mike at EmbriodMe who was hands on right from the start. I brought in the jersey and several other items I wanted to create and Mike's team did an incredible job with all of them. There is no better shop in the North Shore to assist with custom tee shirts, hoodies or sports jerseys than EmbroidMe, whether it's one special item or an entire team.

I highly recommend working with Michail Grossman @ Fully Promoted. My daughter and son in law added to their family. Gratefully a healthy 8lb 13 oz boy. I spontaneously stopped into his shop to see if a custom embroidered infant onesie can be fabricated on short notice. A few hours later I stopped back to pick it up when completed. Amazing customer service... amazing product. Thank you Michael.
