“I personally love that there is a 7-Eleven near my house, but again that is just me. Raj who is there when I stop in is for the most part is nice and in a good mood. I will say there are a couple others that need some customer service work, but I am not going here for 5 star customer service.I stop here for snacks, gum, lottery tickets etc and I am out the door quickly back to the daily grind. I prefer to stop here over a gas station or grocery store so for me location and what they offer it works, but not for everyone.”
“I went in to pick up a pack of apple tags. I found them before long and then a few minutes after I say down at a table a lady approached me and helped me with the purchase. FYI the AMC entrance is the closest entrance for the apple store.”

“I had a problem with my account . Went to the T-Mobile store in Northbrook IL on Skokie Blvd . I am writing to tell you how helpful Anthony V the store manager was . He listened to my problem and took care of it . He was polite , attentive and made me feel he cared about me and my problem .
He was knowledgeable and got my problem taken care of . It’s because of employees like Anthony that I will continue to use T-Mobile for my cell phone service .
He is a valuable employee !”
