Found this pharmacy when we moved to the neighborhood a few years back. So glad we did. Day and night difference between corporate-run pharmacies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Filled my prescriptions with Dundee Pharmacy for over a decade.They are one of the few who pickup the phone & provide answers to reasonable questions in a timely manner.All of the pharmacies in Chicago are a mess; I still commute to the suburbs to fill my prescriptions at Dundee.Their consistency is THAT strong.They offer a valuable service to their customers; I couldn’t recommend it more highly.For their courteous staff and timely execution - nobody pharms better than Dundee.

I've been using Dundee Pharmacy for over 3 years. Drug prices are considerably lower than the chain pharmacies and their services are very good.

I just love coming to this pharmacy! I was tired of the long waits and impersonal care at the brand name pharmacy. The people are awesome, they are quick and when you call you speak to a real person Who is in the store!

I walked in yesterday for a hernia binder and they were WORSE then rude. This white grey haired witch looked up and said "What?" She snapped at me and then the rest of them never looked up to help. Place was empty. One employee recommended to leave and go to Mark Supply in Wheeling who were FANTASTIC! They said they receive complaints daily about the nasty people at Dundee Pharmacy. I would NEVER go back. AVOID a this nasty place. It's about customer service which they have none!

Here’s what you need to know: excellent family owned local pharmacy with outstanding customer service and the ability to procure hard to find prescriptions that you can struggle with big box retailers. Fun selection of treats in the pharmacy too for the kids while they waited for parents to pick up prescriptions.Larry and Logan did an amazing job of tracking the meds I needed and procuring them. They take all major PPO insurance.

Lovely people and staff. Kind and considerate. Pharmacist took time to answer all my questions. Very well run establishment. Will be using them in the future for all my compounded medication needs.

Absolutely terrible. The Pharmacist Larry questions every prescription you bring to him, as if he himself was the prescribing Doctor. Not friendly, not worth the time, and should NOT still be in business.
