I had a major plumbing nightmare in the middle of the night, and Jerry was a total lifesaver! They didn't hesitate to come over, even though it was late. They were super diligent and got everything fixed up quickly. Couldn't be happier with their service—definitely my go-to plumber from now on!

What could have gotten wrong on the Christmas eve when you are hosting a big family party would you think? Ohh yes, we run out of hot water and had emergency call to have our water heater fixed before guests came in. Luckily, with the help of dispatch team our technician Yaroslav arrived within 1 hour and the problem was resolved. I can't thank Yaroslav enough for the excellent job! He arrived fast, quickly diagnosed the water heater issue, and promptly fixed it. His professional approach and attention to detail were impressive. Additionally, Yarosalv provided some helpful tips on maintaining the heather and found other malfunctioning details which could fail in the near future. The work was done very cleanly, without any mess left behind. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a quality plumber services.

We had a bathtub faucet leak that was incessant but “small” by some standards. The team came out and figured out a plan to solve the issue without dismantling our piping or otherwise causing us more damage than the job warranted. Appreciated the work. All is quiet and dry now, lol

I'm happy to recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. I called North Shore Gas because we had gas leaks, but unfortunately, the gas company had to shut off our gas. No heat, no hot water, etc. Drain and Plumbing Services came out and took care of the problem within 3 hours. The guys are very efficient. I highly recommend them. Thank you?

Dima did a brilliant job in changing the plumbing to accommodate non-standard shower system. He also prepared the plumbing for a new vanity. His work was neat and meticulous and he is a very nice human, to say the least. I am a happy customer and would totally recommend. Their quote was in the same range as the other quotes and probably on the slightly lower end.
