We have been with this office for over 20 years! I called today to clarify a question, David was very helpful, he also gave me some tips on how to save my car insurance. Doug is also very nice! It’s a great office with great people!

I have contacted Nayri a couple of times in the last few years asking for quotes which she was always happy to provide. With a large increase announced on both home and autos from our former provider, State Farm was able to get me excellent insurance and we are even paying less for our cars. I was very pleased. SF also has the option of splitting up your premium into 12 monthly payments with no added cost or upcharge whereas previously, I usually was asked for 6 or even 12 months in advance to get the best price. Highly recommended this agent and her firm.

Doug's office was super-helpful in getting my claim filed when the aggrieved party refused to negotiate directly with State Farm. And when I had difficulty getting through to the State Farm home office, his staff took over and made things happen! When I have questions about my car or auto policies, they always explain things patiently and clearly, and suggest what coverage I really need. Thank you Nayri and all the folks at the Methner agency for taking care of me for all these years!

I’ve been with State Farm for years, and their customer service is unmatched. Doug and David always make me feel like a priority, even over the phone. They truly live up to the slogan, “Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is There.” Highly recommend!
