No notices when rx due then expires. All indications state open til 9pm on Monday but now 8:05pm message says closed. Friends using Amazon say they get delivered automatically on time no hassle. Internet says all CVS deliver...this one never heard of it.

Truly incompetent and rude staff at this store. They tried to double-charge me and ended up stealing 30 dollars from me. Very odd for a CVS to run a store this way.

One star due to the young man working tonight at 750 pm on August 12th. Staring at his phone with AirPods in at the front desk. Needed help with the self checkout machine and he wasn’t paying attention. Asked if he worked at the cvs, he said “yeah” and went back to staring at his phone with his AirPods in.

Great place to pick up any pharmacy items ! Coupons are awesome and the employees there always help me with my phone apt to get me the best savings possible! Kudos to all at CV S !!

Pharmacist would not sell CGM sensors without a prescription even though Illinois now allows the sale. I got a prescription and went back, only to be told they didn't have a prescription for me. I went to Walgreen's instead and had no issues. 2 - 3 weeks later, I get a call from CVS telling me my prescription is ready and they are not honoring the GoodRx price. I will stay at Walgreen's. Thank you, CVS.

I initiated a refill through phone and everything seemed ok. They never notified me the refill is ready, they had no record of the transaction in their system. What they had is attitude.

Absolutely horrific pharmacy. Severely understaffed. We arrived to pick up a prescription that should have been ready a day earlier. It wasn't. 10 minutes to wait they said. 45 minutes we've been waiting and still nothing. Will never come back.
