“I made a reservation online and easily picked up my car. Avis is located at the back side of the hotel and there is signage around the hotel directing one to their entrance. They have a small office to the right once inside the rear entrance. There was only one person working but he was nice and easy to work with. We would certainly use them again.”
“We rented a car for about two weeks from Amir at Avis in Northbrook. Have to say that we had a great experience, Amir was so cordial and welcoming. We rented a Rav4 and had no trouble. He gave us wonderful customer service, answered all our questions. We were supposed to rent again after a short trip but in the end had to rent from Avis at O'hare.
Had trouble with the car from O'hare and did not receive the customer service from them that we expected. Got to Amir to switch cars as that is included in the service. The shop was closing and he was so nice that he opened up just for us and gladly switched cars for us!! Great service and I def recommend to rent from him!”
