“I made a reservation online and easily picked up my car. Avis is located at the back side of the hotel and there is signage around the hotel directing one to their entrance. They have a small office to the right once inside the rear entrance. There was only one person working but he was nice and easy to work with. We would certainly use them again.”
“Not sure about the negative reviews because I’ve been doing one-way rentals here to and from NYC since the holidays in 2020 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! He’s so nice and easy to communicate with every time I go in. I’ve never been there more than 5-10 minutes and my reservations have never had any issue.”
