Absolutely the worst customer service and refusal to honor their commitments or try to make things right. I originally had a Groupon for them purchased before Covid. When Covid shutdown occurred Groupon promised to extend the expiration date a full year after they reopened. I made an appointment within that time frame and changed my schedule to be certain to drop my car off at 8am as per their orders, only to be notified the day before via text that they were canceling my appointment due to their labor issues. Several weeks later I made another appointment as they book weeks in advance, I again changed my schedule and again the night before they texted me cancelling my appointment due to their labor issues. Several weeks later I didn't learn my lesson and made a third appointment. This time they texted me and said my Groupon was expired and they would not honor. I was furious and to no avail. They would not honor a customer commitment. I reported them to Groupon who refunded my money as a credit to a reputable detail shop. Avoid Car Pretty at all costs! They don't answer the phone, all interaction is via text. Very unprofessional. Save your grief and go to any better establishment car wash place.

In the past, I have gone to Car Pretty as their $30 wash and wax proved to be a good deal. However, after today, never again. One employee was present and when I came to the front desk to request a wash and wax for my car, he just glanced at me as if I had done something wrong. He then tried to tell me that this isn't a car wash. Run, don't walk from this establishment!

I've been using Car Pretty for a few years and they've ALWAYS treated me w/kindness. I've ALWAYS been satisfied w/their work, of course I'm patient and allow them the time needed in exchange for their best result. I'm EXTREMELY surprised to see some of these reviews. I am writing this review so any customer who is considering using this company can abstain from doing so and avoid the horrible nightmare and experience that I had with Car Pretty. In March, I decided to use a groupon I purchased to detail the interior of my car. Initially, It was poor communication with scheduling the appointment . After I was finally able to schedule an appointment, I got my car detailed. After the detailing was completed , I tried to turn my stereo on in my car and realized my radio no longer turned on and worked. I called them right away and drove back to the facility in order to see if they would be able to turn it on. When I got there, the employee who worked on my car seemed surprise at my broken radio. He tried to fix it but was unable to. He told me to return the next day to see if the owner could fix it. I drove an hour one-way to see if my radio could be fixed. After spending a day at the shop, I was told that they could not fix my radio, but to give it 2-3 weeks to allow the inside to dry and that "maybe it was water damage and would turn on after the internal parts of the stereo were dried". They ensured me that that they would follow up and would be responsible for getting it fixed. After waiting 2-3 weeks and trying to communicate with them in the interim, my car stereo still didn't work. I called and texted them after and they responded saying that the owner was out of town, or on vacation, and that he was unavailable. I have a Lexus ES-350 and I have gone to MULTIPLE lexus dealerships, radioshops, and repair shops . Each of them are stumped at what they did that caused my radio to be broken. Ive been quoted $700-$1000 from the Lexus dealership to fix my radio. To this day, it is still not fixed. It has been such a horrible experience using Car Pretty . The cost, time, and headache was definitely not worth the services, and to this day I have not heard from this company despite multiple calls, texts, and messages left. I wish I had read GOOGLE reviews versus Groupon Reviews before I used their services - I would have avoided them at all costs.Service: Auto detailing

I brought my car in to get an interior detail. When I went to pick up my car the following day my entire screen that controls the radio etc wasn't working including all the buttons on the side. Mind you all of this worked prior to dropping it off never had an issue. So I go inside after I tried to fix the issue and it was wasn't getting fixed. The detailer or possible owner came out and saw what I was talking about. He started to say he had the same car and sometimes the screen would freeze on him and if he would turn it on and off it would fix the issue. I expressed that NEVER happened to me in the entire 5 years of owning my car. I asked if some liquid got into the screen and he was certain that wasn't the case that they are extra careful when cleaning the screen area and it's clear something happened because if the screen was always in good working condition prior and then I go to pick up my car and it doesn't work anymore its very obvious they damaged something. After he spent a few minutes trhing to fix the issue but nothing was happened he got out and was like well I'm not sure and walked away went back into the shop. No I'm sorry or anything. Now I have to go take my car into the dealership to figure out what they damaged and I can guarantee they will be footing the bill to fix what they broke!!! Worst experience ever!

Stay away from here especially as a Groupon user. Groupon has a serverly different rating than the Google reviews of this place.I received a Groupon as a Christmas last year and attempted to contact this location multiple times to schedule, didn't hear back until after the Groupon expired! But they won't honor the full value, you would have to pay the difference.This location seriously lacks communication skills to provide even the slightest bit of decent customer service. I dropped my car, was told that it should be done about 1-2pm. Mind you, I dropped off my car at 8am. At 4pm, still no communication from this place. I called 8 times and not a peep from anyone. I also texted twice, it took nearly an hour for someone to bother to tell me, sorry we couldn't get to your car today and will do it tomorrow. Atrocious customer service to not bother telling customers that a vehicle that they probably use for every day is being delayed!!! I understand there are labor shortages everywhere, it would have been less upsetting if someone had bothered to tell me so I can make arrangements to be out of a vehicle next day. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment here for over a week (through the website, email, calling, texting) not ONCE have I gotten a response. Very unprofessional. Can’t wait to take my business elsewhere. Seems like this place is a joke anyway according to the reviews, so I guess this is a blessing in disguise :-)

Made appointment for detailing service, arrived little late outside drop off window, attendant on duty came out screaming and swearing at my wife and kid telling then he would not take the car since he had to leave early that day, lucky for him i was not present! Needless to say wont be coming back! Groupons are worthless as they always cancel or push out appointments 2-3 months so they expire! Terrible car wash service to begin with!

No good hand carwash!!! The whole place smelled like weed!!! Took forever when no other customers there. They just run it through cheap carwash machine and wipe it down. When I went to pay they don’t do credit card. (Probably pocketing money since owner wasn’t there)Had to drive down the street to atm. I showed all the spots missed from cheap wipe down. Some young kid said because of creases in car couldn’t reach.Missed inside and out spots!!!Wouldn’t go back even if they paid me!!!!!Service: Auto detailing

My experience with " Car Pretty" was HORRIBLE. This was my experience with this business . I dropped off my car at 9am to have it detailed. I was informed it would take about three to four hours for it to be completed & that I would be called once it was ready. Well I had to order several Uber rides to go elsewhere since my vehicle was getting detailed. (So I thought) After multiple Uber rides & four hours later, & a multiple unanswered phone calls. I decided to come back to pick up my car. So I arrived, had to literally knock on the glass that separates the building from the lobby in order to get someone to come and assist me. So I spoke to a man, asked if my vehicle was ready. He asked for the make & model of my car. Then informed me that they hadn't even touched my car since I dropped it off (four hours prior) then he tells me that he couldn't find my keys. At this point I was livid. Not only had I wasted four hours of my day thinking that my car was getting cleaned, but I also spent money on multiple Ubers. To come back to find out about this. This honestly was beyond ridiculous! I spent a total of 6 hours of my time to get this done for nothing. This is by far the WORST experience that I've encountered with any business. I called & emailed JOSEPH (which was the person in charge) never heard from him. Never once did he call me back & apologize. They simply don't care! If you're looking to be treated poorly & to waste your time then this is the perfect place for that! I would definitely suggest for changes to be made. I will not be doing business with this place EVER.

I bought a package from groupon i have been trying to he ahold of they for two weeks.calling them emailing them texting them with no luck. i finaly stopped at there location to say that no one was wearing mask while detailing the interior of cars and smoking near the cars. i asked to make an appointment and they turned me away claiming to be booked until august. i asked for a refund of my $70 and Joe tells me to call groupon. groupon will only give me a groupon credit. what a joke.

Been trying to get an appointment since. 3/1. Calling and calling and not getting an answer. Have left numerous messages with no call back. Went to the shop today. Was waiting 15 minutes with no contact. Tried calling again from the shop. One person inside heard the phone ring and just kept on working. Finally I stepped into the shop and asked if anyone was there to make an appointment. The answer I got was no.

Worst detailing job. The car wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the roof liner was ripped. The detailer started making excuses and blaming me that I had it ripped. Joe, the owner, promised to take care of it and completely ignored it. After I got his cellphone number, he kept telling me to call him later to discuss the issue. This place is completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend their service

If you want your car to be scratched or dented, then you may want to try these unprofessional, unethical quacks!
