Above and beyond! I opened a new account for the first time while buying a house in December. The location was understaffed due to covid19, to the point where they almost had to close. However, the branch manager still found time to help me w/ a specific issue (for the closing process) and her level of customer service was exemplary. I was treated better here w/ in my first week of stepping into their doors, than at other banks after years and years. Outstanding! Cannot say enough good things!!

Thank you for helping me with the Notary service during this time of COVID-19 lockdown when the other banks where I also have accounts turned me down. I am bringing all my accounts to BMO. This is what is called great customer service!

I love this location! everyone is very friendly all the time .I go at 1pm yo deposit my chek and I always find myself smiling with a girl working there .I'm not sure what her race is .she wears glasses but shes amazing .she looks Korean. I love her !

Tried calling the branch, but nobody answers the phone calls here. I later had called customer service and even they couldn't reach them so he asked me to go to the branch and there was nothing he could do at his end to help me.

Went in for something very simple. A notary to notarize a document. I was told have a seat and someone will be right with me. Over 10 minutes later nothing still. DON'T WASTE MY TIME . If the noatry will be longer than 5 minutes you should let the customer waiting know!

I might be a little too generous by giving 2 stars here. They are either understaffed or they just don't seem to work fast enough. Today, we had to call them at the drive thru. The drive thru send buttons have to be pushed at least twice to actually work. Other locations such as the ones in Gurnee, Libertyville, and the other Northbrook (Dundee road) are much better.

This branch changed their hours without any notice. Not that the mobile app had hours, but it kind of screws over customers like me who can't get to the bank by 5pm.
