Went there to get coin rolls with my friend because we both collect rare coins. We are only 12 and didn't have a account for the bank but the bank teller still gave us coin rolls and 2 dollar bills. Very nice staff and I do not understand the other reviews but I do have to say some of the employees were slow but they got the job done. I will go back to this bank for coin rolls in the future.

Worst location ever. I always hate when I have to go this specific location. At the bank at 9 am. They’re just looking at me stand at the door then back at there cell phones not working just standing around. Don’t even bother opening on time.

Mary is by far the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have had to deal with. I will discontinue my banking not only at this location but BMO as a whole until she replaced!!!

This location has terrible customer service. I do my banking online because this is close to my house and they are so rude. No hello, no assistance, no questions and no thank you. 3 times in this bank and always leave upset. Next time in will be to close my account!! Do not come to this location!

I opened a CD and was to receive bonus interest after 120 days. I went in a couple days early and they said they would call me when the interest was posted. Never heard from them. I called and they said I would have to wait until the end of the next quarter for my bonus because interest is only posted quarterly. A manager agreed to credit the interest the next day. Closed the CD as soon as I could.
