If i could i would give them a —-000
First of 2 and a half years ago i gave them a deposit for an escalade esv V. Havent gotten it in still ,,, they called me 2 weeks ago talking about they will have it soon and want 30k over msrp but because i waited so long they would do 15k over i was shocked this was not my first car i bought a bentley there and also brought my rolls royce for service there ,,, this is by far the worst worst worst diler experience ive ever had !!! I still havent got my 2500$ deposit back , no contact !!! Now i got my lawyer involved ,
Also they’ve sold me a warranty for 15k for the bentley i had which i sold in a year and was supposedly cancelled and i was supposed to get like 10k back also never happened!!!! This is nothing but lies!!! Seems based on the reviews i have read today im not the only one !!! Hopefully we will have a class action case against them !!!

Extreme disappointment. The lack of respect, the lies and incompetence of the staff is baffling. Literally, baffling. This will be long, so pop some popcorn, get comfortable and read on. . Ok, let us begin. It all started long ago when I wanted a pet, the other kids had pets.... oh, wait, no that is for a different crowd. Apologies. NOW./. I contacted Steve Foley III, youngest (presumably) of the former owners of the dealership before being purchased by the Napleton Group. This was on May 25, 2024. I was interested in a new, 2023 Bentley Continental GTC. It was advertised at a discount online. He said it was available and we talked about price. We agreed to a number, did all the paperwork and was awaiting finance approval. No effort was taken to get a deposit. I believed this was because they already had the finance application and a verbal. 4 days later, after asking about approval, I am informed that oops, they sold the car to someone else and that the manager made the decision to do so, knowing there was a deal on the car. Why, you ask would they do that. Well, it was admitted to me that the "other person" sent an immediate deposit, was willing to pay more for the car AND Lived Local. Yes, that is correct, reverse discrimination. SO, anyway, thinking that Steve Foley III might have some power and word in the matter. (I was WAAAAAYYYYY wrong on that , I apologize for the spoiler without an alert.) He acted like he did and even told me that he had strong words with "his team" and sent the manager out of his office with his tail between his legs. Uh, WHAT! So, jump to the chase, he is simply a salesman, albeit, the only real salesman. After much sole searching, I decided to give them the 3 strikes, you're out approach. This was STRIKE ONE.
They had another car and negotiated and came to a number. They had the credit app and everything else, so they did the sales contract and finance paperwork and overnighted it to me to arrive on a Wednesday. They did not send the paperwork on time and it got here on Friday, they did not put Saturday delivery for the return, so it was Monday before paperwork was ready.
STRIKE TWO
Communication was non existent and they sent the paperwork to the bank with an error (cut off number in the document) Steve lied about why it was getting approved and they had to wait for paperwork.
STRIKE THREE
I know contact corporate offices and talk to the CFO that tells me a completely different reality. Danny, the manager takes over the handling of the transaction. He says he was not aware of the issues and did not know it was a priority! WHAT.??
STRIKE FOUR
Car finally gets on the truck and arrives on 6/21/2024, 16 days after the paperwork and money were received. Car had half a tank, no temporary plate, was dirty, tires were low, one key was missing.
STRIKE 5 . You decide if you want to do business with them.

Had a great experience with Larry at Bentley Northbrook. Larry took the time to explain the vehicle I was looking at, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The best sales experience I’ve had in Chicagoland.

Nope. Not messing with them any more! You shouldn't either! This is the 5th time this week I have been put off or delayed getting my car fixed. This is their responsibility. I don't have that kind of time to waste. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I recently bought a car from them and little did I know it had so many problems with it. I expected them to have me come in asap and get these things fixed. Nope. Dragging their heals. Two weeks till I can get an appointment there. It is ridiculous. Stay away!
