whenever i have a tranaction thats cancelled you guys show it as pending then hide it and take my money thinking i wont realize this. from now on im getting a safe i dont trust these random deductions from my account or you guys and you guys have had similar issues in the past and i believe in the news..

Not all employees are the same, but when I visited today, the employee who spoke at the desk treated guests with very dismissive behavior and tone.I'm going to come back and find out the name and post it, and I'm even thinking about changing banks.

My experience with this bank was completely different than at the one in Arlington Heights location. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The bank representative, Colin, was warm and personable. He helped me with everything I needed. I felt attended to throughout my entire visit. I would recommend this bank not the one on Rand and Palatine.

Discriminatory managers. Provided Alejandro the information required and still refused to cash 2 checks that are 100 percent legit. When asked for documentation regarding the company policy about checks over 2500 I was told there was nothing available and turned away.. So hurtful and insulting. Letting my attorney have at this one.

Worst customer service I have ever seen and I was customer service for a very large company for over 20 years. They treat you like DIRT!! Michelle, manager in Northbrook is pure EVIL!!

Very poor customer service. After making an appointment to come in and get a cashier's check, stood in line for 20+ minutes only to be told that the person who handles cashier's checks wasn't there???

Jason was very helpful & understanding about my current situation. He issued a temporary card for me and removed an overdraft fee that put my account negative. He was quick & efficient. Make an appointment with him ahead of time/ask for him when you're there.

Very disappointed at this location, I am an old customer, they started charging my account $12.00 fee for having my current checking account which for almost 10 years, they never notified me via letter or statement or mail, I went in to speak to relationship manager and said she can only refund me $12.00 for current month and not the rest of the months which they been charging me, was not helpful at all, and when I told them I'm very upset about this, and would like to cancel my account, they didn't value me at all as a customer and told me okay I can go for it and cancel , very poor customer service and they don't value relationships at all as far as I can see, defiantly not banking within them anymore after this experience

Great bank to open a safety deposit box at because the service is great and the place looks as clean and secure as the federal reserve with the place always being improved!
