This is a good place to shop. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is generous, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. A very pleasant shopping experience all the time. I highly recommend this location.

Went to gap recently. Their selection is unbeatable, the staff is almost always on point, the quality is good, and the price is outstanding! I just picked up a new pair of jeans and 2 shirts. They offer some great deal. And a wide selection of items to choose from. And I love the style here. I been shopping here ever since when I needed to bought a clothes. Friendly and helpful staff here. Very personable and willing to help you at all times and very knowledgeable to the product, they know how to respond to all of your questions. Can't say enough good things about this store and its caring staff. It was tops notch customer service. Great job guys. Would come back again.

Going here is an experience I will never forget. I don't normally leave reviews but this is an exception. The care that goes into every moment you spend in the store is unlike anything I've ever experienced. They sincerely listen to what you want and make sure you're happy with your selections. Huge variety in clothing. These guys really incredible, they always seem to be more concerned about my happiness rather than making a quick sale. Love this company and especially the people. It's a true experience to visit. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Super helpful until it comes time to deliver the goods. No concept of timeliness or delivering items that are not damaged. Will do anything to convince you to accept damaged goods and offer very little of the way in terms of resolution. Spend your money elsewhere. Top price but not top service here.

Purchased the recycled metal dining table with Kenya base in the zinc alloy finish. The finish is peeling with regular use. Did 2 different online chats and was informed to speak with a design concierge after waiting online for 3o minutes. Called and was told they don't warranty the finish. If I want I can talk to some outside technicians not related to Arhaus. Basically I am SOL. I purchased a roomful of furniture from them and don't feel like they care once you leave the showroom. Beautiful furniture but terrible quality. Don't get fooled by the look. Very disappointed.

We recently purchased a dining room table and dining room chairs from Arhaus and had an excellent experience! I will also be posting this on the Lincoln Park site because I ended up visiting both stores and working with Samantha at the North Brook location and Rachel in Lincoln Park. Both of them were delightful and extremely helpful and we are thrilled with our purchases.When the table was delivered we noticed an imperfection on the leg. The delivery person immediately called someone at the company and right there in the moment we scheduled a time for them to come back with a different table. They were back within a week and we felt like all was handled very professionally.

We have purchased gorgeous coffee table after seeing it on floor. It's perfect for our Great room. No problem with ordering, delivery etc. It was purchased during a very good sale at the store. We also purchased 6 leather:tacked dining chairs recently. No issues with ordering, delivery either. Had a very helpful designer who gave us numerous options and ideas. Highly recommend Arhaus as a very good store with beautiful merchandise.

Being from Cleveland Ohio, I am huge fan of this store and I have many pieces from Arhaus in my house. The Cleveland stores customer service is fabulous. Unfortunately the customer service in the Northbrook Illinois store is non existent. I have been in several times to actually purchase an item and there was no one around to help me. The sales people seem more focused on their personal conversations then helping customers. Today I wanted to purchase a bench for my bedroom. I was actually standing at the POS desk for several minutes. No one was there to help or acknowledged that I was there. It was so strange. And I was in casual business attire. I have gone into the Cleveland store in ripped jeans and a t-shirt and have never had an issue. It is so sad because Arhaus is a great company

updated again. I have been offered a refund on the awful sofas as long as i can send them back after a year in PERFECT condition. What a TOTAL JOKE. The customer service rep has admitted they are of awful quality - I genuinely thought I'd be arranging for them to go to the tip. DO NOT BUY FROM ARHAUS. Clearly lower end products being shown well in large showrooms. Will now be gladly telling 14,400 women who live around the North Shore of Chicago buyer beware.

We purchased our new townhouse about a year ago and had to start from scratch to furnish and decorate. We had no idea where to begin. We made an appointment with Karen and Lisa in the Oak Brook store and it was the beginning of a great experience. They showed us some ideas in the store and got a feel for our needs and preferences. Lisa came to our townhouse and took measurements and pictures and then went to work with Karen to put together a plan for each of the rooms. A short time later we returned to the store and Karen and Lisa presented us with their designs so we could actually see how everything would look. We could not have been more pleased. Orders were placed and the furniture was delivered in a reasonable time. Lisa supervised the delivery and placement in the rooms. We have had nothing but "OH WOW" reactions from everyone that has seen our newly furnished and decorated home. Karen and Lisa are a terrific team!! Working with them is pleasurable and fun. We are also very pleased with the quality of all the many furnishings we have purchased. We highly recommend the Oak Brook Arhaus store and make sure you ask for Karen and Lisa. Jane & Steve

In my opinion this is only a source of overpriced and poorly constructed furniture. The company damaged my piece before delivery. In addition I do not believe the quality of leather matches the sample. I asked to return for a full refund and was offered a "choice" due to THEIR mistake; wait another 12 weeks for a new piece or keep the existing for 10% off. I am disgusted by the actions of the customer care team who requested pictures of the damage, taking weeks to reply with an answer-eventually telling me they would consider offering me a higher discount and then later refusing to do so. If they could not provide a quality, undamaged piece in 12 weeks then I felt I should have been allowed to return this for a refund. A 10 % refund was laughable, as was waiting another 12 weeks for new production. People make mistakes, but this was not my mistake, and I do not feel I should have to pay the price.

Ordered a duvet cover in June.... still waiting for it!!! I have never had to wait as long even for a custom made piece of furniture! 4 months and waiting is a bit ridiculous for bedding! I could make it myself faster!! Beware

The worst people to do business with. We bought a set of kitchen chairs and when they were delivered to us the color was not the same as the swatch. When we brought this up to the store they now say that say the color can vary a bit. Had to fight to get our money back. Then they hit us with a delivery charge and said it's not refundable. Not the way to do business in the north shore.
