I had a major repair completed after my U-joint/front drive shaft failed with extensive collateral damage. Repairs were done satisfactorily as best I can tell. Very costly and took 12 days to get my car back. Autohaus is not my usual auto service provider but I was left with few choices when the car broke down.

It’s always A pleasure to come in there. Cindy is the very best, always so helpful and so kind and so nice to be with. The guys are all good. I get wonderful car washes and if there’s ever any little thing, I noticed they go over it.

Autohaus on Edens always takes care of my car's needs. Most importantly, the people make me keep coming back specifically to Autohaus, even though I have two Mercedes dealerships closer to me. I'm driving a 2023 Mercedes Benz C class, and I've been hearing a strange noise for a few weeks. I didn't get an accident. However when I arrived at the service center on the scheduled day, my car suddenly stopped making sound. John in the service department asked if I could record the sound. So I brought the car back home and I recorded the noise, and within two days, the service center completely fixed it. Not only the sound, but he also completely fixed the light and long scratches that had occurred on my drive way. I am very satisfied with Auto House's service. Thank you for the friendly service and professional repairs.

All I needed was to fix a flat. It couldn’t be fixed so I was sold an entire. I took the tire home and put it on my car. It only had 19 pounds of pressure with recommended is 33 to 34. So one of the most simple things in the world to sell me a tire with the right air pressure Was not done correctly. Un Likely to go back for any other service.

I post this comment as an honest WARNING to anybody who may not be knowledgeable or who may easily fall victim to sales tactics. The service that was completed on my vehicle was completed correctly and I have no issue with the work they did other than the fact that they turned on a dash check engine light that was not on prior to servicing the vehicle here. I brought my 2010 C300 in for an exhaust repair. It needed a simple exhaust straight section of pipe welded in just prior to the catalytic converter. Tom Lood called me up and stated that the entire system needed to be replaced. They proceeded to quote me $7926.20 to replace the entire exhaust system. They quoted me 3,873.89 to replace a $100 motor mount. They quoted me almost $1000 to replace the hood release wire. The list goes on and the total came out to around $19,000 in quotes for repairs that may be necessary but simply do not cost this much to complete. Another shop took care of my exhaust system repair, the check engine light, the hood release and latches, the air filters, and a couple other odds and ends for less than $1000. Granted I have not yet completed the full list of suggested repairs by Autohaus, I feel you need to do your research before choosing this location. If you are extremely wealthy and you simply do not care and want to throw your money away I highly recommend Autohaus on Edens and that you ask for Tom Lood. If you want rock solid repairs and service at a reasonable price and honesty take your Mercedes down the road to Hong Kong Auto. They will take care of you.
Please be safe everyone. Exploitation is very real and Autohaus on Edens is legendary for it!
I will also add that there was an immediate shift in the customer service I received when I had them complete only the basic service. Snide remark was made at the checkout and there was little to no care for my vehicle after that. Deflector was damaged by them.
